Amazing gluten free pastries. Chicken pie, curry potato pie, beef sausage roll, eggplant croissant, coffee eclair, palmier are a few things we tried & I am already busting at the seams to get back for another visit. This place is pure GF Magic!

Such great GF pastries and baked goods here! Their ham and cheese croissant is a must have. Service is efficient and friendly, and sometimes Sebastien himself is around for a chat. Highly recommend both sweet and savoury pastries, you can’t really go wrong. Make sure to also go early so you don’t miss out.

The best gluten free bakery in Syd. The food is amazing, the croissant is perfect! There is always something new to taste . The nutella croissant is the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Everything is so fresh and amazing. My favourite place in Sydney.

Gosh I am teary eyed - this is an amazing bakery for gluten free! I am French and had the pain au chocolat and the quiche Lorraine which tasted just like home - such a dream for a coeliac. Cannot recommend it enough!

The entire place is gluten free. No crosscontamination. The owner/chef Sébastien, is very nice and friendly; easy to speak with. He made a recommendation to try the eggplant hummus croissant. It was absolutely delicious. Not something I would have tried on my own. The croissant was light and flaky the mix of hummus and eggplant was creamy and savory. Plus there was an added flavour with the sesame seeds and a little heat. Very good. We also tried the chicken pie, crust was light and tender not doughy. Pepperoni croissants was very good and the Palmier was lightly sweetened, flaky and crispy. Which is right up my alley. A must go to in Sydney. We wish he was in Arizona.Staff are all very friendly and willing to answer your questions!

10/10 gluten free treats! They are easily the best gluten free bakery in Sydney, if not the world. I was lucky enough to meet Sebastien himself and he was really generous with his time answering my questions. The pork and fennel sausage roll with relish tastes amazing and is better than any regular sausage roll I've ever had. My son is obsessed with the choquettes! Oh and the coffee is amazing too! Don't hesitate visiting this bakery!

Due to my gluten intolerance I’ve never had a croissant before in my life, I woke up today knowing that Sébastien Sans Gluten would be open before I went to work and I was SSSOOOOOOO excited. I’ve been dancing around all morning. I can’t compare it to other croissants because I’ve never had one… but man it’s so good. I get why people start their day off everyday with one of these bad boys. I also got some carrot cake which I have had gluten free versions of but am yet to try this one and compare it. I’m still living off that croissant high. I wish they were open more days of the week but as a previous hospitality worker I get it, you need some sleep in days.I will be back to try the pies and danishes... and everything. The coffee was pretty good but I wasn’t paying too much attention because of the pure adrenaline and excitement that this place exists. I would not shut up about it to my coworkers today. Nothing can ruin my day now, I’ve waited for this moment for years.
