The lady in the shop charged me $3 for one black and white page in these difficult times. So Unhuman and shops like these mever succeeds this is why. Officework charges only 8 cents and newagency charges 50 cents. I wish I can put 0 stars. I wonder if she was gonna put it in her pocket. Maybe charge 10cents and put rest in her pocket. Will never go to this shop again hope this shop will close down soon due to low customers and insanely high prices! The page wasn’t made out of gold!

Had just what I needed for my camera great service

After buying a mini column heater on Thursday, I returned it Friday for a refund, as one of the feet was not stable.  Poorly designed, it clipped on and without much force detached.On line it was the perfect size and when tested at home heated well.The female assistant was very helpful when I returned it, opening the box of the next size up.  Same manufacturer, it was no surprise to find the same design.She even rang another store to have an identical heater sent over to compare.  I said I wasn't interested, as the design would be the same.Well, that's the moment when the mood changed completely, from friendly to totally dismissive, offering me the refund, giving curt instructions at the EFTOS terminal and stating that she had sold so many of these heaters.  I don't care if she sold 1000s.  I don't take risks with electrical appliances.   Full stop.Whenever possible I always support local business over larger stores and also planned on buying an inverter from Roylaines in the coming weeks.Friendly customer service, not bad attitude, is part of what gives smaller retailers the competitive edge.I will never step foot again in this store.

As always, great customer service, super friendly, and knowledgeable! Was served by a newish (I believe) staff member today and it's clear that they put effort into training and hiring great people.

Can't recommend this store enough. The people go above and beyond to give great customer service. Also, they were able to scan my artwork at a level that neither myself nor the major chain stores could produce. Very high quality products and experience. Can see why this local business has lasted so many years in the area! Will be back for sure.

Cant ask for a better photographer or framer... Not only responsible for my wedding photos, Darren and the team at Roylaines are amazing, nothing we have ever asked has ever been to much trouble and Darren has always been able to create our vision...

They were helpful when I called to find out more about some products listed on their website.I ordered a product for Click & Collect which I was going to collect the following day. They advised they would deliver it free of charge because it was on their way home!Fantastic above and beyond service.
