Staff only cares the sales, doesn’t care if the size really fits you, the middle-aged female staff pushed us to buy rather than giving honest advice. And when you went back home found yourself don’t look good in that suit and you wanted to return, you’ll be surprised to told they only change the value to credit, i doubt how could it be legitimate without telling us when we pay? I think this is their tricks. Will never buy anything from this store. Would rather buy BOSS in a David Jones store.

Tania has been wonderful from the word go. One of the best customer service experience I've had in a long while. She's professional, passionate, obliging and just all round lovely. It was my first time investing in a Hugo piece but judging from the service, it won't be my last. Thanks Tania for making it a (greater than) five star experience!

Long story short, I bought 2 exactly same pants in the store one after the other. The sales told me you can return it in 14 days if you are not happy with it. I did not even open the wrap for the second pair in the bag after I wore the first one I felt the quality does not meet my expectation. Then I went back asking for the refund within 14 days of my purchase. The answer is no refund only exchange or store credit. The salesperson misled the refund policy or never mentioned regarding the change of mind policy. They are only care about their sales. (all other major brands offer the change of mind refund under certain conditions) So I suppose the same in the hugo boss. But I was wrong. Do not make decisions unless you 200% sure about their products. I am done with hugo boss.

Poor customer service. Avoids this store if you are a loyal Hugo Boss customer and dont want a bad impression of the brand.Instead of attending the issue she was quick to blame the other store personnel.I have been a Hugo Boss customer (internationally too) and never had experienced such unprofessional service.

Absolutely shocking experience, my wife tried to buy me a suit as a gift. They had limited selection and then when the only option available for sizing was found, the jacket fit but the pants were too big. The staff never mentioned that there were other options where you could match jacket size to pants size (not until we had to complain to their manager). They never honor the bad service by issuing a full refund (although the suits never left their shop). We've expected better from a fashion store such as Hugo Boss. Try to avoid at all costs.

Don’t bother. Terrible service, only one-upped in the terrible service leagues by the Boss inside David Jones nearby in Chatswood Chase. Staff are illiterate in the basics of customer service. Bought enough from here and the DJs booth to pay 3 staff members their monthly salaries last week. The run around given on getting the clothes back after alterations and the absolute arrogance of the staff to blame me for their chaotic practices. Was yelled at by a staff member to tried to intimidated me into submission. When I raised my voice up to the level she was barking at me in then she backed down. Totally unnecessary attitude. This is Hugo Boss not Hermes. And even then, I doubt Hermes staff would even think to act this bratty and self entitled.

Shima the Assistant Store manager treated me really well at the Hugo Boss store in Chatswood. Their customer service was brilliant, they efficiently gave me all the available stock and suggestions for other complementing clothing. Would definitely visit again.
