I’ve been shopping at Entity for many years. Every time I leave the shop I have a fantastic outfit that Fiona and the girls have created for me. The clothes are fashion forward as well as being classic. Not an easy combination to find and it’s not usually found in one store. Fiona has an impeccable eye for fabric and design and an uncanny knack for dressing every body at every age. This is true for all of the retail staff, just ask them for help, they’re all amazing! Entity is a great store, I can't rate it highly enough.

My girlfriend always find the best clothes in here and so unique compare to anyone else around. You will find clothes in here that no one else has in the area. Amazing staff and owner.

Do not shop here.Used to be a great store but now the staff and owner are some of the most disrespectful individuals I have ever met. They’ll insult you and laugh in your face before sending you on your way.Not worth your time or money.

Some of the clothes are lovely but I wanted to walk out after hearing how the store owner spoke to my mother when we were in there the other day. Belittling and self-righteous. All because she thought a dress may not fit my mum. It hung off her! And no apology either. Ugh!

Love this store so much! The girls are wonderful and guide you to the best clothes for you and your shape. I always walk out so happy with my purchases and enjoy the banter with the girls. Beautiful and unique clothes which you'll have for a lifetime not just a season.

I have never written a review before but I must spread the word about my mother’s dreadful experience at this shop. She recently met the store owner regarding an issue with a newly purchased product. The owner bullied and patronised my mother, inferring that she was a “liar” and telling her that she needs to “read up on consumer rights!” Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Would give 0/5 if we could.

Some very lovely clothes, however, the manager needs to improve her communication skills. Don't ask clients not to try on dresses when they know their size as you are worried they may rip the armhole seams. Know your product before you place them on the rack. This particular dress had large armholes. She was very rude and didn't apologise when client purchased the dress which was PERFECT

I have purchased thousands of $ worth of beautiful clothing from this store for my daughter over several years, the latest being a long silk evening dress only 2 months ago.Sadly, when my daughter visited the store today looking for a dress, the staff were incredibly rude to her.It's hard to believe that the staff are so rude, especially to regular customers.Avoid this store.
