Paul came out last minute today 23/12/20 at lunch 40 degrees to fix our aircon in our rental. Couldn’t believe it, so we got him some beer and a zoopadooper!! He was incredibly kind and fixed our problem all within an hour of calling we are so grateful you have no idea. Thank you Paul

Rang to get a booking for either servicing an existing evap air-cooled or the replacement of it and even though the property is in Victoria Park, 3.5 I'm from Perth , yes ' south of the river, I was informed that they don't do any properties south of the river. What sort of business is this? Obviously it's a ' north of the river' business. God forbid you live east, west of that 'river' because you won't qualify either.

I would recommend Paul to everyone. Earlier this year had a motor installed by another company, (7day evap air conditioning service please don’t use them) before they left I told them it wasn’t working properly they stated it was a “really hot day”. Tried to call them several times on the same day because it was just blowing hot air but to no avail they just texted message saying it was all working fine & never did get a call back from them. I got in touch with Paul who was here within an hour fixed the tap which they had not turned on properly & we had beautiful cool air. Just had him over to service my air con for summer and it was all done promptly & efficiently. Excellent work ethic.

Used there service for evaporated system service paid after service water start leaking from unit and flowing over the roof tiles called them for assistance and they asked more money for visit, I told them there was no leak before service but they were resistant we did only service and it’s not our fault so I called someone else the tech checked the unit wasn’t closed properly from inside and outside that’s why having heavy water flow above tiles will not use them again because of there poor quality workmanship have to pay someone else to fix there fault.

The technicians did turn up and within the time windows specified however they could not resolve the issues, no resolve was made with the outcome only being the suggestion of installing a new system where as the system is only 7 years old and all in working order. They wouldnt even try to level or service my the evaporative cooling system as they suggested it was a waste of time..I am now getting a proper Braemar service technician through Sealy international to find a solution.The manager however was nice.

WORST COMPANY! DO NOT USE!I called the company last Monday - They called me back and said they had booked me in on Sunday between 11 - 1. We waited around until 1.30 and called the company. No answer. Called at 2.30. Still no answer. They called back at 3pm and said they knew nothing about it and the guy who arranged it (Malcolm) was not working. They would call me back on Monday the arrange something. Its now Wednesday and ive heard nothing from them at all. So rude. Would never ever use this company.

Once again Paul and this time, his offsider, have done a great job. Honest, fair and trustworthy. Very happy with the service they supply and pricing. Definitely recommend them. Thank you.
