She and her amazing team were incredibly helpful in handling all the details in order to waive the Schedule 3 of my partner visa application. These are complicated applications and Nadia ensured we ticked all of the boxes and supplied all of the documentation to ensure our application was granted promptly. I came across Brett Slater Solicitors in 2016 at a time when I was in desperate need of help when me, my wife, and three kids got refused when we applied for permanent residency due to the medical condition of my youngest child. Our case was a complicated and close to impossible situation. I have only high praise for the service I received, from beginning to end on my journey with Nadine and her team, in navigating the very stressful journey of applying to the Australian Home Affairs Deparment for a Travel Exemption to be able to leave Australia to go to be with my family overseas.
