Been waiting for my order for more than 16 days and haven’t received it yet. Send my order as soon as possible. Australia delivery normally takes 7 - 8 days. Email them but no update. The order still stuck in the warehouse? What is going on?

Was me Melbourne for 3 month and used jot bikes to do Uber eats.The motor broke on my bike one time and they replaced it the same day with no issues and were very helpful.Giancarlo and Charlie were always helpful when I needed anything and would advise anyone renting a bike to use this company

Giancarlo and Charlie have been amazing. No one else was willing to take in my bike but them. Their customer service have been top notch and went above and beyond to make sure the bicycle was functioning properly. Keep up the good work guys! Will be back for sure and you guys have earned a loyal customer.Edit:Seems like there is new management and they do not do what they did for me previously. Sad about this

Probably the worst rental experience of my life!First off I'll say, the people working in store are lovely. HOWEVER, this company is TERRIBLY run, and I won't be surprised if you get ripped off.Apologies for the length but i've got a few things to say, this is written in the most recent to least recent events.1. I returned my bike a month ago in great condition and I still haven't received my bond ($200). I can't even get in contact with them!! It just goes to voicemail or directs me to the website which doesn't help.2. After returning my bike they kept charging me for 2 weeks. Again I had to call up and wait a couple of weeks to get refunded. They only refunded me for 1 week instead of 2.3. After receiving the bike, the kick stand broke after 1 week. The seat also broke. When I took it in for repairs, they told me that the kickstands they purchased for the bikes are terrible and always break... If they knew this, then why didn't they warn me? or perhaps give me some tips to avoid it happening?As an Uber driver at the time that resulted in me loosing 2 days work/pay.4. When I first went to rent a bike, on the site I booked the budget bike and plan. When I arrived they said they were out of those bikes so I had to pay more and rent the more pricey bike. They then said my two options were to rent for 4 months and have a reduced weekly cost, or rent for 5 weeks at a higher weekly cost. I never saw this on the website so it was unexpected.So in the end I walked in expecting to pay $50 per week but walked out paying $89.00 per week. There wasn't really any option to avoid this either.There are two rental companies in Melbourne. Zoomo and Jot. I would say Zoomo are far better, but my partner has had bad experiences with them as well.I think both companies are taking advantage of their monopoly on the market and are riping people off.

Rented a bike and returned within a week of use. The bolts were not tightened on the bike which meant we had to take it to an external bike shop as it was unrideable. We have been charged for two weeks since returning the bike and are yet to receive the initial deposit or the 2 weeks extra charged as a refund even though this was promised by the support team. In regards to the support team they have been almost unreachable on the phone and their email reply’s take days at a time. I would avoid this bike rental shop unless you are happy with being inconvenienced and having your time wasted.

It is a great company, totally recommended, they always give good service, I have rented a bike for more than a month and it has been all very good. Luke and Cristian are very friendly employees and willing to help.The bikes are very good and beautiful.
