We needed to purchase a portable oxygen concentrator. We had no knowledge of the product and the ever helpful Tegan informed us of everything we needed to know. She didn’t hurry us and took time to make sure we understood the product. They even beat the best price we could find, we’re most impressed.

Independent Living Specialists - Erina Store
Shopping at the Erina store was great. Sharn was very helpful.However, the delivery was not acceptable. They said it will be there in the morning, it’s now 1:30pm and the driver finally called and said he’ll be there in an hour. Ridiculous that we have to wait over 5 hours.
