We had such a great experience with Zippy. We were helped by Jules (I think that was her name) and she was great! Very friendly, helpful, honest and educated on products and the manufacturers as well. She explained everything thoroughly and we came back the next day and brought our Glass Switches. We love it!

I’ve been purchasing from Zippy’s eBay store for many years now and had no idea they had an e store which is packed with much more products than I expected. I’ve had no problems with them in the past so without hesitation I purchased over $4000.00 worth of goods from them for a renovation were doing. Our order was delivered to us the very next day. Unbelievable Service. They even gave us some free goodies with the order. Wouldn’t purchase from anywhere else

Not only was I very impressed with the speed of delivery (the unit was dispatched on the day it was ordered on line) I was also satisfied to see that the quality of the product including the vac. hose and fittings were of a very very high standard. Well worth the money. Extremely happy with my purchase.

I've been dealing with Zippy now for many years and every time I go I'm reminded of why I keep coming back. Truly great service advice and knowledge and nothing is ever a problem. I emailed them with an issue with some downlights and was told to either bring it in store or send it back to them. I went instore and the manager couldn't do enough for me- thank you. The pricing is always good but where they excel is in the old fashioned service that is largely disappearing in most outlets. Thank you to the team at Zippy Electrical Suppliers!
