This chemist is by far the best in the area. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I won't go to any other chemist.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! I had to get a prescription done up that they did not have. They told me they could get it in a 20ml dose and that I should call the doctor to confirm this is okay. I called the doctors and was told by the receptionist that it should be okay and if there were any concerns the pharmacist should call them directly. Now me having no medical experience in anything didn’t know what to expect or what I needed when picking up the box, and I told them they should call the doctor to confirm it. I picked up a box that had over double the amount of prescription without realising. I had my procedure done at the doctors and was told it was ridiculous how much I had been given and to return it. Upon trying to return the prescription I didn’t use, the young male pharmacist had the audacity to laugh in my face and say that they did me a favour by charging me double for double the prescription I didn’t need. I have NEVER in my life dealt with such a horrible person. Legally they gave me double what was prescribed which is ILLEGAL. How can a pharmacist legally give you a double dose of what was prescribed by a doctor as clearly 5 x 10ml which was what was prescribed is not the same as 5 x 20ml which was supplied and the pharmacist should have know better or talked to the doctor about the dose.

Fantastic chemist. A little blonde girl serves me all the time. She is very bright and bubbly. This chemist has everything you need. Great work Chem Pro Benowa.

Friendly and helpful staff but they won't even price match their own store. Specifically drove to Chempro because I looked online before I left and the shampoo and medication I needed was on for half price on Chempro's website, went into the store and it is full price. It didn't even say online that it was an online-only special. I think they are all individually owned and thus each store sets their own price and is usually the highest price of any other chemist or supermarket I've been to.

DON'T SHOP HERE! Extremely rude staff and horrendous customer service! I went in there for some prescribed medications, then when I asked if I could have the brand-name medicine instead of the generic version that they gave me , the staff member instantly became very hostile and questioned me why I hadn't told her earlier. When I finally got the box of medication, I asked the staff member why the price is more expensive than usual, she then became even more hostile and threw the box of medicine on the counter. She said WE ARE NOT A DISCOUNTED CHEMIST!" Fair enough that they are not a discounted chemist

Ben and Alecia Are amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and exceptionally helpful. The pharmacy staff are also wonderful.

Had such a lovely experience here with the staff a week back on a Sunday. My son had a rash and I hadn’t wanted to bring him in, so I had taken a photo and took it to the pharmacist, she was so super friendly and understanding and gave me great advice that perfectly fit my needs. The assistant was also super friendly checking me out. Great work to all the staff there!

Hi there if you are looking for great service with a smile every time by both pharmacists and counter staff then look no further!! We have been coming to this chemist for 3 or 4 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else - we tried the discount ones once but then realised that chempro also do price matching so why not have the best service and also cheap prices! It is a not brainer! Benowa Gardens shops are also great so it is a win-win for all!! Thanks guys for all you do and keep it up! Phil and Jan

I regularly shop at this pharmacy and can’t fault one staff member. Alicia and Ben (the pharmacists) are so lovely and always incredibly helpful as are all the staff. I don’t go anywhere else
