SOAP Professional Cleaning

Sarah is a very efficient and thorough cleaner. She is also very a very lovely person who we are so glad to have in our home.

Used long term prior to coved and were pleased with service - quality, price, and on time.Have been fortunate to be able to start using them again and happy to see service remains 5 star.

Similar comments to some others here, would not recommend this service. Overpriced, they request a number of customer obligations but they don’t follow through on their obligations i.e. customer journal, follow-ups to check customer is happy or we come back etc. Had one clean with what I am told is one of their experienced cleaners. English/communication a challenge. While what was cleaned was thorough, gap in completeness. Raised issues after the clean but the matter was not resolved or rectified as stated in their brochure-ware even after multiple attempts. Customer service was just interested in making the next booking and not resolving my concerns / long term customer. Attempted to make a second booking and similar to the first booking request – advice on availability is last minute even when a request for a particular date was made with one week advanced notice. Overpromise, underdeliver.

I love when sarah comes for our fortnightly clean. She is so lovely and does an amazing job. the toilet wrap and toilet paper stickers and such a nice touch. Can’t recommend enough

Initially Nervous to engage a cleaner to take over my high standards of cleaning that I have self maintained but can no longer can do due to work commitments. After my first experience with Soap it was quickly evident that my home was in great hands and I questioned myself as to why I didn’t contact them sooner

I am so furious at my treatment with this company. The customer service is absolutely appalling. Avoid at all costs. Completely wasted my time on multiple occasions. Gave me a quote and then reneged on it once I accepted it (breach of contract).They also charge triple what other cleaners charge. I was quoted $220 for 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, hallways, 1 living area, laundry and kitchen. I was originally willing to accept this because I am a busy mum and didn't want to get other quotes (especially considering how delayed this whole process has been with Soap) but they clearly don't want normal families with normal budgets as clients. Which is fine, but be clear up front and don't waste my time!Very sad to have to leave such a negative review which you can tell by my history I never do.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!Soap Professional Cleaning is to be completely avoided.We tried several times to discuss our concerns with the owner, Priscilla without her responding at all.The customer service is appalling. The quality of cleaning is poor for the time and cost.Based on our experience in the last 6 months, we would never recommend Soap Professional Cleaning or engage them again.

I have used Soap many times and the quality of the clean is always top notch. They all go in to so much detail, even cleaning the coffee machine.

I did a fair amount of research before deciding on SOAP. Everything seemed to stack up as a high quality cleaning service, yet the clean itself was sub-par. Small things like behind doors and next to toilet were still dirty. For the $66 per hour charge which requires you to provide all the chemicals, mops, vacuum etc, the standard is poor. I guess the cleaner gets half and the owner of the business gets half.. Regardless, the price paid for the quality of clean was bad. Unfortunately would not recommend or use SOAP again.

Great quality clean! SOAP take the time to properly clean your home, unlike others we’ve tried who simply do a “surface” clean. Really happy with their work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
