He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and helped me find the perfect car for me.I highly recommend this dealership and Carlo as a salesperson. They provided excellent customer service and made the car-buying process a positive experience.

We purchased a used car for our son, which was still under warranty, so we decided to take it to Suttons Mitsubishi Chullora. They were professional and thorough! The visual images sent gave us peace of mind! The service was affordable and the waiting area is a great place to sit back, relax and have a coffee!

I expected much better Sales service from such a well respected Suttons company. I visited the dealership with my wife. Staff are very arrogant, did not seem interested in helping us and needed a lot of prompting to give us the information we needed they were chatting & laughing after 10 min they approach us. I'll certainly consider weekend experience before I buy my next car from Suttons Chullora Zero Star..

I give 5 stars to Sutton Chullora because they deserve it. Best car service I experience. Great atmosphere, with coffee, tea and snack are free while waiting , friendly staff, respectful and patience. They take times to explain in detail person to person or over the phone and listen to you too. Never takes 2 days to fixed simple but only the works need more than oneday jobs. If 2 days jobs they lent you a car to drive. A big thank you to Sutton Chullora staff
