Bought some Nulon oil online, payment was accepted through PayPal but Premium Car Care website did not finalize the transaction. I was met with a syntax error.I quickly setup a case with PayPal to cover myself but Anthony from PCP quickly sent me confirmation and tracking details.I'll probably buy again from PCP as all companies can have issues with websites.

Ordered two car batteries late the night before online and paid. Clearly read that they were for local pickup. I turned up unannounced first thing the following day, the guys were super friendly, accommodating and had my two batteries ready in 5 mins! Great price, great service!Whilst I don't know the circumstances of the other poor reviews, one has to keep in mind that these days postage is a mess......

If you call to chase your order you go to a message saying email them then it hangs up. Emailed three times no response. Put a claim in through PayPal requesting a refund which was promptly received along with an abusive message from Premium Care Care. Shocking service. Avoid.

Should have read the reviews is the most common read, and add me to that list ordered some tools at the start of the year for my business and still no response their number is just an automation to say email which they clearly dont answer, seems my best choice is to open a paypal case to either get a refund or my tools. i dont not recommend this unprofessional company.

I placed an order in July 2022 and the purchase didn’t arrive. Several emails were sent requesting support. No replies were ever received. Be advised that though some people’s goods seem to arrive, it would otherwise appear that many do not.

Absolutely terrible, still waiting for my purchase after over 8 weeks, send emails with no reply, tried to call but is impossible to speak with anyone. They have my full payment of $500. Highly do not recommend to use these cowboys.

Had an excellent experience 6 months ago with brake rotors and pads, arrived in 10 days. Subsequently ordered oil and been waiting over a month.Numerous emails requesting an update but no response. Phone has no person on the end. No way to cancel the order and get an assured refund so I can purchase oil elsewhere. Id be happy if I got an eta, but no response like many others is concerning.

I should have read the review before regretting my purchase. All the review here is true. Their website say 4 hours delivery that is totally BS. Waited for over 2 week still haven't get my product. No tracking number provided. Didn't reply email. Phone useless cut off automatically after giving you an automated reply. Scam company, beware don't purchase or you will regret
