I would like to share my experience with Vaikom Law. At first i spoke with Karanpreet few times at the main desk. She was very nice and helpful. Then afterwards, i was dealing with Kiran Grewal for most of my journey with this law firm. Which last a good few weeks. Kiran handled my settlement process when i bought a plot of land from Stockland. My lender took an extremely long time to process my loan application and also took an awful lot of time to come to settlement. it was a very stressful time and I could have very easily lost the land deal. Kiran did an awesome job of getting Stockland to give us at least 3 extensions, soi don't miss out on the deal. Kiran was highly competent , professional, and always kept me in the loop and handled everything very efficiently. She was amazing. I would highly recommend her and this firm to anyone out there who is looking for legal help/conveyancing. Excellent firm.
