Body Corporate Services (BCS), Tuncurry

Having Strata committee roles for two strata complexes managed by BCS Tuncurry, I have found both their past and present management services to be of a very high standard. Their staff are very approachable, and they have been very responsive to my suggestions and efforts made to drive improvements within our two complexes. Their cumulative knowledge has been instrumental in effectively transitioning a self-managed strata to a professionally managed strata which is now starting to reap the rewards of their expertise. Their staff are also very skilled at managing the sometimes difficult inter-personal relationships within strata committees which at times could block constructive progress. I really enjoy working with their staff, and have no hesitation in strongly recommending their services.

Relief Strata Manager Marie Gomez - Professional Service & Communication. A recent change in Strata Manager resulted in a large number of matters left outstanding. The work that Marie did whilst relieving until a new Strata Manager was appointed to bringing AGM matters up to date and the handling of new requests was undertaken with a professional and efficient approach. The Body Corporate Committee was thankful for the advice Marie provided and the emails keeping the committee updated.

Thank you to Jade Mardon for her invaluable assistance and advice when dealing with an insurance claim for water damage to my apartment in Forster. Jade’s professional and pleasant manner as well as her excellent communication skills both by email and phone were much appreciated. Jade never failed to follow up on matters, nothing was too difficult and her expert advice and knowledge of how to proceed with the claim assisted me greatly. Can’t thank Jade enough for her commitment, focus and caring attitude in getting my claim finalised.

The Cove, based at Forster NSW, had Owners starting to move in during April 2021 and the first AGM was held in July 2021. BCS was appointed Strata Manager and Christine Clair was appointed the BCS representative for The Cove.The Committee has been impressed with Christines commitment to the smooth running of the Cove matters with quick responses and follow up on outstanding matters.We are confident that the relationship between the Committee and BCS will continue to strengthen over time with support from Christine.The Cove Strata Committee.

I have seen a huge turnaround in BCS since Adrian Axisa joined. If you had asked me a year ago for a review of BCS it would have been one star max. Adrian is thorough responsive and knowledgeable.

Yvette carried herself efficiently and professionally. She controlled our meeting very well and showed more then enough knowledge towards all topics involved. Very happy with Yvette and happy to have her chair meetings in the future

As a sub contractor for BCS, I have found all of the staff there to reasonable, understanding and we’ll mannered. They have an extremely difficult task keeping owners, tenants and insurers happy. Their communication with us, has always been open, and clear. Very happy working alongside this company.
