Tried fixing VW Golf Brake Light myself, got stuck with inner assembly. Drove to PB Auto Elec 4pm last Friday arvo. Troy busy working however climbed out from under a bonnet to fix my brake issue on the spot.A genuine professional. Thanks again

Contacted these guys Tuesday afternoon, after we limped the car to Tallebudgera, needing an alternator for the Cruiser. Grabbed a quote that I thought was more than reasonable. As we had no other means to get home and I needed to be at work on Saturday morning, the guys fitted the car in on Wednesday, advised that they would need it for a couple of days and get it fixed in-between other jobs. Wednesday afternoon I get a call, the Cruiser was ready. I don't think I have ever had this level of service before. The guys were down to earth and real characters. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any of my family and friends. Legends.

I've taken my vehicles to Troy in the past and he's done a good job, however regardless of how good a job or how busy you are, there's no need to be smug and rude to customers. The Defender and 200 series you've got booked in for the 15th April, please cancel the booking. I walked away this morning thinking you don't deserve my business, so I've gone somewhere else.

Rudest experience I have ever had, It's hard to shop locally with experiences like this.Went in for asking about a small job and has met with an abrupt attitude, I understand everyones busy although it's not hard to treat people with a bit of respect.

Couldn't be happier. Other mechanics might have charged to replace a window motor that turned out to just need a good tinkering. Not Troy though.Honest & fast work done at a stunningly low cost. Couldn't ask for more!
