Alex was professional, thorough and most importantly did a great job. We got him to clean carpets in two rooms and they came out better then I expected, and now they look and smell new. There was even some paint stains that got removed during the cleaning! I would definitely recommend him.

We have had Alex out 3 or 4 times now, and can always depend on him to get the carpet looking and smelling great after misuse by us and our cats! We have a high plush light coloured carpet, and it always comes out looking brand new.The time taken is always shorter than I expect and the dry time is quite reasonable (understanding that we live in a cool and shady part of the Hills). The cost is very reasonable given the equipment and labour involved.

High quality professional service provided by Alex today , cleaning two bedrooms with cream marked carpet, that I never expected to come up like new, great outcome as I had been considering replacing them. Excellent job and I highly recommend Alex, he was prompt polite and did a great job.

I thought our 30 yr old carpet would need to be replaced after 2 generations of kids and multiple stains, old and fresh, but Alex did a spectacular job in bringing it back to a very high standard, all for just $115. Alex was polite, arrived on time and a great communicator. We will definitely use Alex again.

We have used Alex several times now. His work is very thorough, professional and he does a great job. The carpets and lounge look like they are new after he has finished. He turns up on time, and is a hard worker. I would definitely recommend him.

We haven't had our carpets cleaned in 13 years so after lots of cat stains & kids stains we thought it was time. Rang at least 5 other places for quotes, some were cheaper but just got a good vibe with Alex. Glad my hunch was right because we couldn't be any happier. Alex's work was fantastic, couldn't fault it. Our carpets were really bad, so bad he had to go over it twice & spend extra time yet didn't charge us any extra. Definitely would get him to do our carpets again & next time we want to get our lounges done too.
