Lollipop's Playland & Cafe

Perfect for my 4 year old boy to spend the whole day here. Friendly staff and the new owner has been very responsive and nice. Definitely will come back nexr time. The pirate boat was so fun!

I came here today for the first time with my 2yo son. We had a great time! This place has heaps of other entertainment in addition to the main 2 play areas. It even has a big mechanical pirate ship and some pony cycles plus massage chairs for the adults. My son was very happy when he tried his first ever lollypop (given to him on the way out). The staff were also very friendly, esp. the lovely asian lady who welcomed us and then spoke to us in the cafe.The entry price is also super cheap at $8 for a school day!This has been the favourite indoor play area that we have visited so far. We will definitely be back!

Went today to this wonderful play Cafe and couldn't be happier. My son had an amazing time and was easily able to entertain himself. The staff were incredible and engaging unlike any other play Cafe I've been to. Long drive for us but well worth the trip.

Kids love it! Absolutely a great place for birthday parties.Just be prepared the venue could be hot when it's fully booked during hot days, even with the air con on. It's not easy to cool it down with countless children running and jumping indoor.

Worst customer service experience. I visited morning around 11 o clock on 12/5/23. There was a caucasian girl who was a staff member very well knew how to be rude and racist to a customer. It happened 3-4 times by the same staff member that she was rude and we were accused of doing stuff which we did not do- made us feel insulted. Better take that staff member off or make her do some training on how to do customer service. I work in customer service and I know how to deal with customers and being a customer we expect good service as we are paying for it. Be a human ATLEAST- you are working with children for god sake!

Came to this wonderful place for my son’s birthday and we loved it. I came for the first time and did not know that I had to book the rooms in advance, but still they helped me get a slot that was available and we had a wonderful time. I want to give a special shout-out to Cindy, Lulu, Alice, Chloe, Steph and all the support staff… you guys are awesome. Cheers

The kids (under 12) will love it. Limited equipment options. Climbing frame and slide being the most popular. The pirate ship is a good addition but did not see it being used much. No idea why they would put an Air Hockey table in there that too at an additional charge. Separate toddler play space is excellent both for safety as well as activity reasons. Food is average but then again nobody is visiting this place for gourmet eats.The price is cheap and kids can burn some energy safely. Accompanying guardians get free entry.

Amazing playspace, clean, tidy with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. recently had a bday here for Miss 5, very Covid safe practices. A regular retreat for me and a treat for the kids. We have had so many play dates here, plenty of tables for the adults to sit and relax while the kids have a ball.
