I love Edward and his staff, generous and genuine about his workmanship and products. Small business need support and I back them. To date I have not found a stretching service as good as their’s. Good business is passionate business Edward is passionate and funny all round good guy.

Easily the best customer service I've experienced in an art shop. Edward has beautiful products and a wealth of knowledge he is always willing to share when I come in. If you are serious about art or a beginner, this is the best shop in Sydney.

Pigment Lab is the only place I trust get my art supplies. The quality of the stock they carry is always top notch. All the staff are friendly and helpful and Edward's knowledge of materials and products is second to none. Highly recommend!

This shop is a haven of beautiful art supplies and the guys who work there are always happy to help with tricky questions and requests. A HUGE range of the best quality canvasses and paints! Conveniently located with good parking too. It is my new creative nirvana. Be back soon!

I placed an online order for over $100 in October of 2022. To date I have still have not received the goods.Tried ringing several times and did get to speak to a very short tempered individual who had zero customer service skills…I was told one item was out of stock, but absolutely no notice or email to inform me of any delays. I have emailed 3 times now and never get a reply. Their website advertises ‘excellent customer service’… its a joke!I too have resorted to an online review because of the lack of communication from this company and to let others know that its not worth ordering anything from these people.

I go here for all my materials. I'm a practicing artist and the quality of everything on offer is exemplary.There is always a lovely staff member on hand to help, and they possess depths of knowledge which I have taken much advantage of. They also make the best canvases I have used, and they're very quick in making them.I reccomend this store to all my peers!

I recently visited the Pigment Lab, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were more than willing to assist me with my purchase. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and attentive to my needs.The store had a wide selection of art supplies, I was particularly impressed by the quality of their canvases, and I will go back to order a custom canvas.

This is my favourite art store. Owner is straight shooting and extremely knowledgeable, you can ask him anything about materials and he really knows his stuff. This shop is more stocked/suited for professional artists requiring the best materials, lots of beautiful imported paints from Europe that you cannot find elsewhere. Not the cheapest place to shop because they only sell top shelf art materials, but cheap art supplies are a false economy IMO.

I ordered a paint online in February and still have not received it. I have emailed multiple times and no reply - I called about 5 weeks ago and was told the product would be sent a week later. Still not received…. Again emailed multiple times and no response even though I advised I would be lodging a complaint with the ACCC. I requested a refund…still no response and no refund. Very poor service and no communication with customers…would not recommend buying anything from this store online.
