Ashtons Removals

We have used Ashtons on several occasion and they have always provided a very professional service. Our recent move was tricky with stuff going to three locations. They were patient and very obliging of our requests. Their staff were friendly and caring. We would highly recommend their services.

I found Ashtons to be very efficient before my move and on the day of my move. I can certainly recommend Ashtons to anyone who is looking for a reliable and efficient moving company. They turned up on time and everything went smoothly.

RP 71318I would like to offer some feedback and voice my disappointment with the service on Friday 14/10/2022.Firstly let me say that both of the men that came to complete the job were very polite and very friendly.My disappointment arises from the length of time that the job took to complete. This was not a hard job and I believe that these two men were trying to stretch this out. My reasoning behind this is that they would spend MY time folding up the blankets and covers and rather than unload my possessions then take payment and then complete their housekeeping tasks. The folding of the blankets and covers added approximately and extra 40 minutes onto my cost equating to approximately $113.85.This was very disappointing and as a grandmother who has custody of my 10 year old granddaughter due to the murder of my son, every penny is like gold to me. Moving is traumatic and stressful enough without this type off added stress.

Was several years ago but just came across the paperwork again! From initial phone contact, to lady who called around to view items for quote & the removalists on the day - these guys were the best. Moved from 4 bed house 8kms to 3 bed townhouse on a stinking hot day just before Christmas. Think the guys arrived around 0730 & finished about 1600. Ashtons were neither the cheapest nor most expensive quote but we were very happy with the move. We've moved many times interstate & international - our top tips would be do your research on removalists & be wary of paying by the hour rather than a full house quote. You'll be surprised at how much 'stuff' you accumulate & the cheap become the expensive. Also be move ready by labelling all boxes by room - easier for removalists on the day & you for finding stuff. First priority is always to get beds reassembled & made, ready to collapse into at end of day. Highly recommend Ashtons

I booked Ashtons for my move from Gold Coast to Melbourne. They were extremely professional from the office to the pickup . Very punctual on the day. My furniture arrived on the due date, on time, and in good condition, and both teams were very respectful of my belongings. I could not fault my dealings with Ashtons. I will definitely use them again if needed in the future. Top job.

I moved from VIC to QLD. The guys are amazing! Customer service, taking care of everything, good value and even if it was the most expensive one, it worth it! James is the best.they kept out things safe in a storage for 6 months while I was finding my long term rent. Nothing to complain about them. Thanks so much for all team!

Ashtons were faultless in terms of service before, during and after our house removal. Their staff were courteous and obliging. The exercise of moving house, which can be traumatic, was made far less painful. It was a joy to see such professionalism and to have it available on our doorstep.
