ENT doctor recommended Nuerosensory for second pair of hearing aids. First pair many years old from elsewhere had minimal use as not that helpful. Huge improvement at Neurosensory. Thorough test, staff helpful and aids that work. Their bundle of accessories and service are very good value.Update. In the almost 4 weeks I have had the hearing aids they have had more use than the old aids in over 5 years

After a car accident a few years ago, I have a hearing aid in one of my ears and I've come to the conclusion this is for the best and the rest of your life so why not make the most of it and make it work for you when it's feasible, the staff at the Boxhill office have looked after my needs for over 6 years now very well and I'm looking forwards to a trouble free future. Cheers to all the staff at neurosensory....

During my pre employment medical assessment for a job of great value to me, they found some issues with my hearing and asked me to take an expert opinion. I came to Neurosensory and they told me the same, but they told me they were going to write a report with some suggestions and send it the same day. This report was supposed to give me a chance to get this job after a lot of effort to just get to this stage. Despite that, after a few days they rang me and asked me to come for a retest then they will send my report. It was frustrating because on the test day they told me everything is fine and that my report would be sent by the end of the day. She even told and showed me my results that day. When I went there to find out they told me some thing went wrong on that day and they want to do a retest. This was shocking because she said everything went great and then suddenly 4 days later something is all of a sudden wrong. I told the lady at the reception that this report is really important for the job I want and that I need to get it in on time, she replied and said Any way you will not get this job." I wasn't expecting such behaviour and those words were incredibly hurtful. No one gave her the right to be able to be rude to me. Therefore

Clinical staff are good, reception staff hiding behind computer screen with headphones on and don't even know when customers enter clinic.
