As a consumer, I cannot recommend Darren, Niki and staff from Remarkable Outdoor Living Nunawading highly enough. The quality of the furniture speaks for itself but it is the friendly service, constructive and creative advice from both Nikki and Darren that made our experience and purchase easy and rewarding. The after sales services was not only faultless but extremely rare in today’s climate. Darren attended our home and went well beyond our expectations to ensure that we were completely satisfied. All companies should provide such personalised after sales service.We will definitely be return customers.

Purchased the Florida Max sunlounger chairs with a side table . High quality furniture - so comfortable and great upholstery for lounge cushion . The staff were extremely helpful and delivery was prompt and professional - they even assembled in store . Can’t wait for the warmer weather to use !

Darren from Remarkable Furniture Numawading went over and above to help us choose the perfect outdoor setting for our space. He was very knowledgable in store, and helped us to rearrange the settings so we could see different configurations and chair options with the table we’d chosen. He delivered the table himself, set it up and showed us how to apply the sealant. And even took the packaging rubbish away with him! 10/10 service. And we’re so happy with the setting. Thanks Darren

We recently purchased a teak table (see picture) for our Alfresco area from Remarkable Living in Nunawading. Darren, Nikki & Jake were excellent from helping us with the selection of the table, delivery, assembly, sealing of the table and removal of the old tableSealing and removal was at no cost to us.What impressed us, in particular, was that when Darren had a look at our old table, he offered to fix the table for us at no cost and was prepared to forgo the sale of the new table. That was above and beyond what we have experienced from any sales person. We bought the new table and Darren took the old table away anyway.I would highly recommend the staff and in particular Darren.

Awesome experience from the moment we walked into the showroom till the day all the furniture was delivered! Nikki is an amazing salesperson and the choice and quality in store is fantastic! We went from just looking" to buying all our outdoor furniture and umbrellas as well! Nothing was too much trouble and felt like a valued customer at all times. Can't wait to set it all up and send a photo when our deck is finally finished. Highly recommend!"

Nikki took the time to help me; she showed and explained to me different options (I have a small space) and make decisions in my own time. Top notch service by her and Michelle when I returned to add to my additional purchase. They reached out to let me know my furniture had arrived and I was kept up to date with delivery times.
