Palm Beach Holiday Rentals

This is one of the most stunning properties on the Northern Beaches. From the moment you approach the house, your eye is drawn to the magnificent views of Avalon Beach and the surf. The house is absolutely beautiful and has tonnes of space. Everything is beautiful from the bed linen to plates and everything in between. When I arrived, there was a beautiful welcome pack and champagne chilling - I went straight out to the deck with my glass of champagne and watched the ocean. I booked the house in winter but with the underfloor heating, massive fire place and outside fire pit, there were never any issues. Perfect location to walk to Avalon - I found the house so stunning though I never wanted to leave and had dinner every evening on the massive deck with a glass of wine by the fit pit later on.

WOW!! From the minute we stepped into the balinese foyer we were transported into nirvana….What a house!!! 5 exhausted Mums arrived, 5 completely relaxed ‘zenned’ out ladies departed. Highly highly recommended!!! Did I mention it rained the entire time???It made absolutely no difference to our enjoyment of the property!

I have recommended all of our wedding guests to Palm Beach Holiday Rentals to assist with accommodation for wedding party members and guests and the holiday management team of Jill and Connie have been wonderful! They are a great company and they have some really special houses!

We had such a hassle free experience with Palm Beach Holiday Rentals and the place we stayed in Avalon was absolutely beautiful. Great views and so quiet. Would love to come and stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lovely Florida Road Beach House. It's newly renovated with an amazing kitchen, it's spacious (there is a lower level with 2 bedrooms which was perfect for the teenagers) and a convenient short walk to the beach/ocean pool. Highly recommend it for a relaxing and fun family holiday.

We loved staying at Norma by Palm Beach Holiday Rentals. The views were spectacular and it was an easy walk down to Whale Beach and the deli. The kitchen was very well fitted out with latest appliances and brand new crockery/glasses/utensils etc. it was very clean and well looked after. We loved enjoying the sun on the front verandah and the views from every room! The giant TV’s and pay TV apps were an added bonus. We would love to stay at Norma again one day soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Spindrift - it was a beautiful property and very well kept! It’s in a fantastic location and has a spectacular view. The booklet for the property does require updating as some of the instructions were outdated (wifi password and audio setup). Otherwise, can’t fault this property and Palm Beach rentals were very helpful

Collins House has wonderful views and the house is beautifully appointed however the stairs, the parking and the proximity to the main road were not ideal

WARNING!!!!Although this is a lovely house the description of a Steep Driveway" is an understatement. This property is absolutely not suitable for all guests and the front entrance to the property has no stairs and no hand railings that we had to spend more than 4 hours on the eve of our daughters wedding missing important events trying to find alternate accommodation for an 80yr old and my 70yr old mother also slipped in the driveway. On 2 separate occasions my Audi SQ5 could not get up the driveway and our Ford Ranger was too big."

My partner and I stayed at the Wedge on our wedding weekend and it was perfect. The view is incredible! The aesthetic of the home was really nice and coastal. Would definitely recommend.
