The Patch Chestnut Farm
I came across numerous advertising articles about this farm on Chinese social media platforms, such as WeChat and Our Steps. After reading one of the articles, I decided to visit the farm with my friends. Unfortunately, my experience of contacting the farm through the number provided in the article was disappointing and offensive. As the farm was advertised on Chinese media, it was natural to assume that they would cater to Mandarin-speaking visitors. However, when I asked the person who answered the phone if he could speak Mandarin, he responded in a cold and unfriendly manner, stating that I had to speak English. I believe that he could have responded more politely, expressing his inability to speak Chinese and apologizing for the inconvenience. When I asked if the farm was open on Tuesday, which happened to be ANZAC day, the person on the other end hesitated before informing me that they would open at 12 o'clock. However, I did not catch the time he mentioned and asked for clarification. To my surprise, he told me to respect ANZAC Day, which left me feeling confused and offended. My intention was to inquire about the farm's opening hours on the special day, not to show any disrespect.Despite feeling offended, I tried to remain calm and composed to avoid ruining our travel plan. I had one more question to ask, but unfortunately, the person on the phone quickly thanked me and hung up when I said so.I am baffled by the unreasonable behavior of the person who answered the phone. If the farm wishes to expand its business and attract more visitors, it is crucial to provide a positive customer service experience. The person's cold and unfriendly response of You have to speak English" and "You should respect this day..." keeps replaying in my mind

The Patch Chestnut Farm
Very bad experience. The chestnut orchard was almost empty when we went to pick it. We picked chestnuts from the tree that had split open, and the farmer was very rude and very rude and ordered us to leave. First, the farmer did not tell us not to pick chestnuts from the trees when we entered the farm. Second: Should he have warned us not to pick chestnuts when he saw us picking them, rather than chasing us away at once? I think there's a lot of racism on this farm. We would never go back to such a rubbish farm again. Chestnuts this small cost $6 a kilo, and even ones twice as big picked outside cost $6 a kilo. Do we need to pick chestnuts from the tree if there are chestnuts on the ground?

This is a very large plot of land for chestnut trees. In addition, nice looking views and good for picnic and rest. There is room for green house and city's growing as well

The Patch Chestnut Farm
It was a really bad place. After driving 50 minutes to here, we were told that there were no more chestnuts at around 10:30, and we were not allowed to enter. The boss sat at the door and told us fiercely that there were no chestnuts! If not, please update on google in advance! The child felt very disappointed and disappointed that he could not get in after coming so far! Because before this we also specially went to buy small gloves for the child to pick chestnuts! Never again! This farm is worth zero points.
