Awesome company, punctual, great communication, fair prices. Steve cleaned my aircon and he did a wonderful job, unblocked the drain (as this is what was causing it to leak water) and you can tell there's such a huge in the air quality and the coolness of it.

I live in a rural setting with all the dust and dirt that entails. My main air conditioner was really struggling so if the clean did not work I would need to replace it. My second unit was so bad I had written it off as beyond help and were expecting to replace it. I booked a clean and was delighted to be fitted in the next day. Tim arrived on time, he was courteous and informative and after he had looked at the main unit and was sure it would respond to the clean he started to bring in the equipment to proceed. On the off chance I showed him the other unit which was not part of the plan at all, he had a very careful look and was confident it too would respond to the clean. I was the last job of the day so when I decided to get that one done too he just stayed and did them both. It was embarrassing how much dirt Tim washed away into that very cleverly designed big yellow bag hung over each system. A couple of hours later and I had 2 looking-like-new air conditioners that have not worked so well in a long time. After Tim packed up his equipment he did not leave so much as a drip of water or smudge of dirt anywhere. Absolutely superb job from start to finish. I totally recommend Hydroklean, a job well and pleasantly done with a minimum of fuss and at a very reasonable price.

We had the Premium HydroKleen Service completed on our 4 x Mitsubushi split system units.Key Points of review:1. Arrived at the designated time agreed upon.2. The serviceman, Tim was friendly, courteous, informative and professional throughout the service;3. The cleaning process was something to see...disgusting actually. We try to keep our systems clean (twice a year including filters) but the filth that came out was astonishing.4. One of the units had a faulty door that dropped closed every time it was turned on. Tim found the cause (missing screw from manufacture) and replaced it fixing this fault, which had been present since shortly after purchase 15 years ago.Rating:***** Outstanding *****

If you have split system air cons you have to have these guys clean them for you. Amazing. Air cons are working so much better. Great service.

The service was quick and everything was left clean afterwards - and the improvement in my air conditioner performance was massive. Went from blowing 12 degree air to 6.5 degree air - WOW!! We have been renting for the past 4 years and noticed mould had grown on the inside of our air conditioner when trying to clean out the filters ourselves... The team at HydroKleen were super easy to book with and completely up front about price and procedure. Tim came out to our house and was incredibly professional, respectful and did a super thorough clean, keeping us up to date with his progress the whole time. He did a fantastic job!!
