My partner and I attended this venue last Saturday (10.12) and both ordered steaks. Normally when we come to this venue the steaks are cooked well, but this visit was vastly different. We received our first steaks very over cooked (medium rare came out medium well, and the medium steak came out well done). We asked that we get new steaks, of which the waitress kindly obliged. Our replacement steaks were cooked exactly the way they had been cooked the first time (medium well and well done). On top of this, the sides were also cold as the kitchen didn't replace them while cooking new steaks. Greatly disappointed

I really enjoyed my dinner meals here.The staff were very friendly and service of meals and drinks was pretty reasonable time frame even when place was busy.But with saying that the first time I was there my desert was a bit late in being served an just as I was about to enquire it arrived and a few seconds after that a complimentary drink arrived much to my pleasure and surprise.I don't have kids but noticed a really good playing area and a kids game room both away from main dining area.A lovely set out area,normal tavern prices,great staff and plenty of parking space, yes I will definitely be eating here again and recommend to others.

Well pleasantly surprised to say the least my meal was delicious and cooked to perfection the lamb fell off the bone vegetables were all cooked perfectly and so were the other two mains. The two entrees were also delish compliments to the chef knocked it out the park. Also arrived hot and in a very timely manner within 10mins of ordering

Today I went there with my friends. Seriously very bad service by the crew and the manager there. I asked for some more beers to stress out my mind. Me and my friends only took two beers from there and the manager refused to give more drink to us. It is really racism for us because we only went there for fun but it became frustration for all of us to go there. We really regret why we went there. Actually we are going there from last 6 months but now we are not going anymore because they only do racism. It is not happened to me first time. Every time they do racism. This is the bad tavern I have ever experienced. It is good to sit at home and never thought to go at tavern at Kallagur. I am really feeling very disappointed why I went there because they only care about there people not for us. I will never recommend this tavern to everyone.

Food was amazing well cooked steak, burgers and pizza. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Staff were very friendly, more staffed required to make the meal smoother. Wait for food and drinks took a very long time. Some heaters are required near the playground area. Great playground and outdoor eating for warmer nights.

Turned up to have a nice meal with my family well what a waste of time and money had to wait in line for 9 minutes to order but they just kept walking past me which annoyed me finally got served and when meal turned up the snitzel is a absolute waste of money so not worth it. So I complained to manager well she put it all back on me saying they said sorry which they did not I then ordered drinks and the manager had a go at me because apparently I don't know alcohol because I don't drink but I was rude for not knowing what is what overall worst place ever you have gone down hill big time will never be back and everyone in your company needs a attitude adjustment. Your manager was the rudest lady I have come across.

Attended the Mothers Day High Tea that was booked for the early sitting 11.00am-01.00pm with a table for 8. My Mum & I arrived at 10.50am to be told we were early but were seated at the table which was clothed but bare?Our other guests arrived soon after but no action by 11.45pm? We were advised they were waiting on another group who were running late? Is this normal to hold us up while waiting for complete strangers who had nothing to do with us?My friend read the riot act and action soon occurred for our table and another nearby, but I am saddened by the service.The food was fine for the price paid, and staff were friendly and helpful. I am disappointed though for us & others to be left waiting for 45 minutes ... was there confusion in the kitchen? Was the start time changed?Please see my comments as a genuine enquiry rather than a complaint, and respond in due course.
