Where do I even begin, my fantastic experience with Grand Royale, has made my fathers 60th birthday much more memorable - and I cannot recommend their services enough to anyone who wants to hold a event there.The team at Grand Royale set a high standard of professionalism from start to finish, making my choice to go ahead and work with them an easy one.Throughout discussing what would be most fitting for what my father wanted for his birthday, Michael at Grand Royale made me feel comfortable, constantly checked in with me to make sure I was getting exactly what my father wanted on the day. The team went above and beyond on the day to produce an incredible service.We were extremely pleased with everything that was done for us throughout the day/night, along with their food and communication being exceptional.Michael and Suzanne, I would like to thank you both for a unforgettable night, and cannot wait to hold future events with you guys!Jess

Great service. Michel and Susanne were always there to help when needed. They delivered the services as promised. Prompt with their replies. Food was delicious and up to quality, served on time. Would use them again in future.

These people are disgusting!Be careful when you book with and ensure each little things are also agreed in writing. On the actual night of the event they will charge you ridiculous prices as they know you are already at the event. During time of booking they are very friendly however on the actual night, a horrendous experience we had!

Had a reception for my cousin! The service sucked the supervisor or manager whoever she was told us dj will play until 11pm but the management told the dj guy to turn of music by 10:45pm when I confronted the management she said everything has to wind up by 11pm but never mentioned anything when we booked the venue. Worse service! food was not the best either…..I don’t recommend this venue if u really want to book this venue then make sure ur timing are correct. Beware No parking!!!!

Overall everything is good. But Car parking is not available quickly and if you are lucky you will find it in front, but otherwise you will have to cross a long way.

We celebrated my father's 70th birthday here. As islanders we were very concerned that food would not be enough or that people would leave hungry. The team at Grand Royale did amazing and honestly met, even surpassed, our expectations.We had so many compliments about the food being great and everyone being so full!The fireworks display were amazing for my dad's entrance and cake ceremony. The team were easy to work with and addressed every question/concern I had.We were adding tables/seats even on the week of and up to the day of. The team did everything with ease and honestly took a massive load off us with their amazing reception and food! Definitely worth the money!!A very spacious venue for the 250 people we had. Food was amazing. Fireworks were great! Red carpet was available. Chair/throne was available on request. These additions made the night just so memorable and everything we envisioned came to life with their help. Thank you Michel and team. God bless.

Very elegant place for a party or get together. Waling distance from the train station at Granville. Best table staff and fresh feel.
