Refused to certified a copy of a passport for a legal document. Stated we had to know them (the certifier) personally for at least a year. No, they do not have to accept a request to certify copies, or by company organisation may not be authorised to, but telling a customer the above lie isn’t right.

Rude customer service price tag says one price get to the counter and pay after getting the receipt realised they charged extra. Asian girl at the counter didn’t own up to it. She said it’s an error and that a refund cannot be given because we should have checked the price. I said if the tag is there refund should be given, she gave back the refund and without handing over the receipt just flicked it to me. Rude customer service will never go there again.

Went to get prescription medicines. Nothing in stock. Pharmacist asked me if they can order it. I suggested yes please go ahead and didn't bother telling me prices for it. Comes the medicine next day for $474 ! And I cannot return them because it's their policy and no one tells you about this policy when you go pick it up!Pathetic

I called to enquire about same day delivery of an eprescription for an antibiotic. I spoke to Emma who was very knowledgeable and was such a pleasure to deal with. I had the medication delivered to my home within hours. Very impressed!

Rude staff behind the counter didnt offer advise but laughed when adult male asked for luquid nurofen over tablets. Didnt asked why but walked away talking between themselves. Cause age group was up to 12 and he required for a disable person who can not take tablets.

Waited 7 minutes to be served at the prescription desk and no one. Floor staff very helpful but just walked out as no one was taking my script. We not be waking back in any more. After all these years I will be taking my business to the park avenue chemist. Great service and genuine care.
