I have not got to my appointment yet, however so far I had my appointment scheduled for Monday morning. They rang me this arvo saying they double booked my appointment and pushed me for 4 further days. That is fine, but whoever called was very rude, inflexible and was abt to tell me if ur not happy go f urself.Knowing that last week, I would have booked somewhere else, as I really need to discuss result with my specialist and we all know how hard it s also to reschedule with specialists till they get my scans.I am very disappointed and so angry with the call and the conversation I had

Staff are friendly and professional and best of all they bulk billed.The entrance from Bunnings car park not from Breakfeast Creek Road.

Wendy and Harry were extremely accommodating and professional, even though I arrived at clinic just before closing they were not perturbed and were very courteous.

I visited Exact Radiology to get a x-ray completed on my hand. Love that I didn't have to make an appointment and was able to walk in and get the diagnostic imaging completed.Despite arriving less than hour before closing time, the radiographer - Harry, was so welcoming, kind, friendly and skilled. I Immediately apologized for coming in late in the day before they closed but he wasn't phased at all about that! It was so refreshing because he genuinely seemed interested to care for a patient that needed a test completed. It was nice NOT having an interaction with someone, the radiographer Harry for example, that only cared about what time it was, finishing for the day (which happens so often in any and every business & industry) and/or rushing through the x-ray.I also like that Exact Radiology provides patients access to the scans digitally soon after if not immediately via the patient portal. Another advantage is that they offer patients access to the diagnostic report/results of the testing within 72 hours vs. other Radiology services that don't release access to the report or results (and sometimes the images too) until 7 days after your appointment.Plus they've bulk billed tests (x-ray and ultrasound) vs. other places have quoted out of pocket charges would occur.I'll definitely return to Exact Radiology Newstead in the future if I require additional Radiology services and recommend this service.

I had a great first time scan here, the person doing the scan was an angel and got me very excited about being pregnant. She explained everything she saw, and clearly just loved her job. The receptionist on this day was also quite nice. Then for my second scan, it all went down hill from front to back. Firstly, I had no idea I had to pay any money for a scan past 12 weeks. I’m not working at the moment, and have struggled finding a job whilst pregnant. You need to tell people there’s a fee involved for the second when my first scan was free. My doctor (who obviously has no idea) told me the scan was free and that’s why I booked it in. The exact radiology receptionist needed to inform me if I was aware of payment, WHEN I was making the booking on the phone. Not when I showed up. I could’ve spent that time between making the booking and attending, to get some money together. I also found both the lady on the phone and the one in person very rude. They were cold and unhelpful. I understand most people don’t know what it’s like to not have finances available, but it is affecting me. It was a big waste of time to go there and be asked to pay for it without any warning. I had the scan anyway as I drove 40 mins to get there and also had my husband make his way too.The Indian lady who did my scan was very cold, uninterested and didn’t bother explaining much. It felt like a waste of money, time and disappointment. The first lady who did my scan was much better.I was especially anxious to hear if my baby was appearing normal, as I copped food poisoning from Roll’d the other week. I was in hospital from it. I hope this feedback can be taken on board to hire people who are passionate about what they do, and also clearer communication around payments please. I have noticed there’s multiple reviews about your receptionists being rude, I don’t know why those are being ignored. Past 6 months everyone’s been saying the same thing. Offer training to them on customer service and empathy.

Great experience at Exact. Wendy on reception was under the pump and clearly short staffed, but nonetheless friendly and very happy to help. Unsure whether they could see me or not, Wendy checked with Harry who was also very busy, but promptly took me through for my X-ray, and had me in and out very quickly. Very easy to chat to, great staff and facility. Loved that the walls weren’t plain white either, with beautiful wall paintings in the clinic rooms. Thanks for your help team!

Don’t let the 3.8 score fool you, it’s not accurate. Harry (like the prince) was sensational, made me feel comfortable and the MRI is human sized so if you’re claustrophobic then I highly recommend. My experience was chalk and cheese to exact in Ipswich. Worth the trip for Harry alone.

Excellent place. Prompt and caring service. I was there several times, and always received high quality service with little or no waiting. I hate to advertise this place because not many remaining imaging in Brisbane offering that quality.

Don’t waste your time here. Poor customer service. Poor systems and just convoluted processes to getting your images and files. Go elsewhere

My first time here and will always go here in future. Great location, easy parking (Bunnings Newstead basement carpark), highly professional reception staff, clean and modern premises and above all, a very caring, experienced and warm lady called Tina who did my ultrasound. I was seen pretty much bang on the time of my (Wednesday)appointment which I had only made the day before.They give you a card to access your results yourself when they're released, which I haven't had at other places. It is was thoroughly professional and not rushed by any means, even though they are kind enough to bulk bill.On every be level, this place was fabulous.
