Impossible to reach someone via the phone and make an appointment on Saturday. Finally, I reached them via email and got the reply that all Saturdays booked, probably until the end of the year. Bad experience. Do not recommend that salon

Making an appointment is a very difficult task as the receptionist needs to contact another party to verify availability. I was even promised to call back by one gentleman but i never got a call back until I contacted them again after which I got a call back and my appointment. Even though this does not inspire much confidence it did not take away from my experience once I reached the Place.Customer service was on point and above and beyond what I expected as I had to make another appointment for my wife and the lady was more than happy to cater for her and see her immediately.I had to remove a skin wart in which case she burnt it off with a laser and even applied numbing cream and local anaesthetic.I even got a discount for the work done and saved myself hundreds of dollars which made it bearable to buy the overpriced creams that were on display.

Terrible service, very rude and unprofessional, dont waste your time and money. Reception and service provided both are worst.
