For the second time I’ve got home and found items missing from my order. Tried ringing … and ringing…. and ringing but no answer so back I go to get my daughters burger. Apparently the phone broken!! Yeah right. Apologies but maybe an offer of some sort of compensation for the hassle I didn’t need would have been nice. Even a drink while I waited AGAIN. Voting with my feet. Won’t be back

Without fail, my burger buns are always burnt. Someone always forgets my drink or sauce that I order and the burgers are always made very sloppy. Only very few times this is not happened.

Much faster to sit in a proper restaurant and have a proper meal than to get fast food" from this joint. Off course never picking up the phone so (scumbag) come in

Went to the Beaufort store tonight before watching a show at the Astor Theatre the staff were amazing they were super friendly and helpful made my family and I feel so welcome and oh my god the food was incredible so tasty and fresh will definitely be back again

absolutely disgusting service. waited 2 hours for food on a Sunday night and the restaurant was not picking up any of my calls. I understand that they can be busy but this is absolutely outrages. all we had ordered was one kids meal and a small side yet they cant be done. dont go here unless u want to wait 2 hours for your food. very dissapointing

I've been to this store on many occasions and most of the time the food is consistently good. On the odd occasion the burgers can be a bit sloppy and sometimes the chips can be overdone as though they have been cooked more than once so can be oily. Service is always very good and quick. The staff seem to come around and clean the tables has quickly as possible once you have finished. Very clean store and large amount of seating area inside and also on an alfresco style seating looking outside onto Beaufort Street. The store can get very busy so if you wanting to place an order for take away my suggestion would be to go onto their website and place an order as that is the quickest way and it will give you an approximate time that your order is ready to pick up. ( normally even if busy within 20 mins) If you try and place an order over the phone there is no guarantee that you will get through as most of the time the phone is either engaged or no one answers because they are so busy. Otherwise if you want dine-in then you can go and order to normal way and but you could be waiting a while at busy times anf struggle to find a place / table to sit at even though there are lots of seating . They also sell drinks including alcoholic drinks mainly bottled and have gluten free options available for the burger buns.

Reliable and deliciously irresistible, Grill'd prides itself on its fresh ingredients and welcoming staff, and it shows. Buns are always toasted to perfection and we've never had a problem!Would highly recommend for a fun family dinner :)
