Loved, relaxing atmosphere, zay explained to me what was happening and why and how it would help, which I really liked, I felt comfortable during the whole massage, I am definitely going back for more and will be giving dry needling ago as well. And I must say Zay was extremely accommodating and understanding to me as I made my app, then had to change the time due to work then had to push back and hr due to work luckily the appointments where available but Zay was so understanding I felt terrible but also grateful that it was understood sometimes things can't be helped unfortunately. Highly recommend at least giving her a go and finding out for yourself.

I walked away from my massage with Zay feeling amazingly relaxed. Not only was the massage great for addressing tight muscles and little niggles, but it was such a treat. I am looking forward to my next treatment at Blue Lotus.

Absolutely amazing. I'm not a massage fan and only go when desperately in need of one, but Zay has changed my stance on this. Completely welcoming, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Proficiency in multiple techniques and amazing knowledge of body and massage. Ambiance in room is calm and soothing and the massage bed is very comfortable. No over powering scents. Just an all round wonderful experience. Added bonus that's is located at my local gym.

I love visiting Zay at Blue Lotus because I always walk away relaxed and pain free. I have never felt 'bruised' after a session like I do after getting a massage from anywhere else. Zay always makes me feel welcome and comfortable in her presence

Zay is absolutely amazing at listening and meeting your needs. First person I run to when having any sort muscle pain and shes always sorted it out including a jaw release when I suffered from lock jaw. She does a range of body treatments; I’ve tried dry needling, hot stone, reflexology and back masks all with Zay. Highly recommend all of them but especially remedial massage!

Can't say enough about having zay as part of my health management plan. I have recently been diagnosed with bell's palsy having a treatment devised by zay was very beneficial witjimprovements seen straight away. Thank you Zay for the last couple of years.
