Atrocious experience here. Completely destroyed my coat due to unprofessional handling of my garment. Most likely ignorant of labels and care instructions. Owner refused to compensate for the garment and offered coupons instead worth just a penny of what I had paid for my coat. DO NOT COME HERE. There are two other dry cleaning stores on Toorak Rd. Despicable customer service.

Pined and adjusted my pants so they fit like there from a tailor . Such good value for money . Thank you very much for this pleasant experience . I been having my dry-cleaning done there for ages and been so happy . Now i had the full experience .
