What a great little place to stop for a day trip or stay and camp- free. The falls are very nice and you are able to have a swim if you like as well. It is bush Camping, bring all your goodies.. no drinking water. If you have the supplies a few days could easily be done.

Tooloom Falls Camp Grounds
Tooloom fall is a hidden gem in the tenterfield shire. A free camp site. It has minimal facilites so take everything. Has a long drop loo and bbg facilites. Not a big area though. Urbenville (closest town) has budget camp ground. $5 unpowered $10 powered if sight is full and can still enjoy this gem.

Nice little camp ground. Has a clean toilet and some basic facilities. The attraction is the water and the falls. There are a couple of spots right on the water for camping but no other marked spots so find a good spot and pitch up. No water taps so carry your own. Best of all free.

Nice small campground, tents and vans. Platapus in the creek above the falls. Walking tracks, swimming, picnic tables. Peaceful bush setting.

Great camp grounds. A favourite of mine in this area. Drop-toilet is well kept and there's usually spots free

Nice camp ground. The water hole was nice, cold and filled with weed, but nice after a long day. Arrive early as it's sometimes hard to get a camp spot.

This campsite has been closed for camping for some time. Its supposed to be closed for public access but you can still walk in for a look at the falls.

Great camp site for back to basics. There’s a few picnic benches dotted around (some covered) and also fire pits. There’s also a drop toilet which was relatively clean. It’s a great place to come if you are self sufficient (there’s no water). It was also really quiet, I managed to get ten hours sleep! Just be aware there’s a waterfall and no barriers, but only at one side of the camp site!

Beautiful spot. Right near the falls which are stunning. Lovely to listen to at night when sleeping. No reception but that's not such a bad thing. Even though neighboring towns didn't have any either. A ranger came through during the week to see if any one had rubbish to get rid of. The signs to show directions in were helpful. We left just before the long weekend which was a great idea as lots of people (including around 20 uni students) started arriving. Obviously a popular spot
