Four days and I am still waiting on a quote

The service was fine. No different to any of the other providers or booking directly through the airline (not possible at the moment due to COVID-19).Apparently Dogtainers have increased their prices massively since the start of COVID, whereas most other service providers haven’t. So I would advise using a company that isn’t ripping you off. The price I paid to get my dog one way from Perth to Sydney was almost a 600% increase on the airline price. The return journey they wanted to charge me 1500% of the airline price! I.e. the airline usually charges ~$90 but the charge through Dogtainers was ~$1500.Pretty disappointing, especially when other providers are doing the right thing and not hiking their prices, so I would much rather support a company who is more ethical. Don’t use them if you don’t have to because the service is no different...
