I caught them abusing my dog through the window. DONT GET YOUR PUP GROOMED HERE. THEY HATE DOGS

To enquire and make a grooming booking you have to provide credit card details, but then there is no way of making the booking, noone follows up and noone responds to emails about bookings.I have now contacted them 3 times since giving up on a booking to ask them to delete my credit card and still no response!So dishonourable, it feels like a scam not a business.In response to the owner: I assume because in every email I asked for a reply to confirm it had been done and in the last email I actually mentioned I would be writing this review if I was ignored- having no knowledge of this indicates my email was read and therefore no action take. When I received no response I simply did what I promised I would do because the easy assumption is I was being ignored and this would be the only way to get a response. If you can please action and reply I will be happy to take this review down.

Anastasia is the best! My dog receives so many compliments about his grooming and He loves Anastasia and gets so excited and happy every time we go Anastasia’s!

Anastasia is the best dog groomer I have ever been to. She takes her time and my standard poodle always comes out happy and calm so I know she must treat him with kindness. The grooms themselves are always very professional but the health of the dog always comes first, including the condition of the coat and body when he comes in, which is the way it should be

I have just read a bad review (looks like a dodgy account Nic), so I decided to give my two cents because what that woman said is absolutely a lie.**Personal Boutique Grooming Service**I have been going to Anastasia since the beginning and begged her to start this business!I had three dogs (pom/foxy & two poodles) they absolutely loved her!The older poodle (who sadly recently passed before Christmas) used to cry, throw up in the car and even soiled himself from anxiety on the way to Seven Hills Sheridan.On the way to Anastasia he was happy to go in the car, ran up to her front door (wagging his tail) and was so happy to see her. He loved being groomed there and loved to be free to roam in the back yard, drink water and socialize. My younger poodle is also so happy.I would be devastated if she ever closed her business.
