Worst coarse ever, no one contacts you even after numerous attempts. Don't waste your money. You get what you paid for. 3 of us signed up 2 months ago. We have not been assessed or even contacted. This is a scam!!! There are a number of cert 4 in finance and mortgage that are reputable and you can finish full time in 2 days!!! Don't get scammed!! If I could give minus 100 stars I would.It won't let me post without putting 1 star, not worth the star.

I thoroughly enjoyed my training experience with REAA in gaining my Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking. I found the online system to be extremely user friendly and the student resources to be very helpful.I enjoyed my experience so much that I am now considering upgrading to a Diploma.

I am pleased to announce the completion of my diploma in finance and mortgage broking management from REAA. My learning journey has been remarkable, thanks to the highly responsive and supportive assessors who promptly addressed all my queries throughout the course period. Each unit was adequately supported by multiple learning materials, which facilitated a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. Overall, REAA provided me with an exceptional learning experience and an excellent platform to enhance my skills and knowledge in the finance and mortgage broking management field.

Would not recommend. Paid more for outdated material and long waits for grading. Dashboard is exceptionally difficult to navigate as well as no easy way to receive feedback or help.Material provided, such as example videos, appear to be filmed in the early 2000's making it irrelevant and unhelpful. I understand grading is not done instantly however I still experienced very long waits for grading which was rather frustrating as I was working under time restraints. Considering this is a credible course, the spelling and grammar errors within the learner material suggests otherwise. I wish I read the reviews before spending a fortune on REAA. I'm left disappointed and dissatisfied, would not recommend. If this is your first time studying online I would definitely not recommend for said reasons, it will only make you pull out all your hair and throw your computer across the room. Not worth your time or money.

STAY FAR AWAY. Pay the extra money & do it elsewhere. Any good comments here are paid...The website, portal & upload process is horrific. The course work is repetitive & unclear... never ending too. No structure to it. Even before I begun I had requested a refund as I knew I didn't like the portal & could foresee complications. They rejected my refund... yet we learn about ethics all throughout the course ! STAY AWAY

This course was really helpful to understand the details of Mortgage Brokers role. Student guide is also helpful to complete all course work and understand the details of all the laws. I really like the role plays because that provide you real life based scenarios that any mortgage broker will face in real life.

I just completed my Certificate IV in real estate practice. The course is great. The trainers are very helpful. Admin staff particularly Garima are fantastic. They always answer their calls immediately. I had a great experience with REAA.Cheapest on the market and Highly recommended!

Not a good place to choose to do your study for your real estate course. Very little help/guidance and everything has a really long turn around time. E.g. Once you have completed your course, you have to wait upto 12 business days for them to mark it, which is just ridiculous. Especially seeing that they hardly mark your work whilst you're in the process of doing it and wait until the entire thing is completed to tell you if you have to redo sections. If you do need it quicker they make you pay additional $200-$300 and it still takes them 6 business days to mark. I get its cheap and that is an advantage but if you're at all time pressured for this then trust me don't try to go with them.

I enjoyed the course. It was informative and presented the units very well. The team was quick to mark and assist with the course progression. After completing the Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking, I intend to continue and complete the Diploma. Experience was very positive. The support staff turnaround was quick in answering questions. Its very much like studying in a uni ie you need to be proactive in seeking answers as not all answers are provided but trainer provides guidance which was great.
