Citadines Connect Sydney Airport

Room is ok. Shower was quite good except it wasn't sealed properly and water would leak into the bathroom. The curtains don't fully cover the window either so it can get quite bright quite early. I'd say charging $10 for a joint airport shuttle bus which has multiple stops is a bit... Eh.Biggest plus is the internet was very fast, which can be very useful for downloading/working etc. Before beginning your next transit.All in all, quite expensive for what you're getting

We had a great 1 night stay in a pet friendly room. Staff were lovely, the room was very clean and comfortable. There was even an outdoor dog bed for the balcony! Would definitely stay again.

Hard to fault. I stayed here for a night prior to an international departure. The hotel is easily walkable from the domestic terminals bit they also gave shuttles to all the terminals( at a cost).The rooms are adequate and clean and well appointed. There is a bar, cafe and convenience store at the top level where you can get meals, drinks and amenities.The staff are all lovely and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Fantastic airport hotel. Room was modern, clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The hotel was conveniently located a very short distance to the domestic terminal (I walked and took about 15mins). The staff were very friendly at reception. Depending on the room you get you might be facing the airport, so can do some plane spotting; but you can also go up to the top floor where reception and restaurant are and it also overlooks the airport. Will definitely stay here again.

Would highly recommend this hotel as its great value! Fun, fresh vibes and room was clean. Excellent service too! We arrived very early in the morning and they were happy to store our luggage until check in. The view from the reception (which is the penthouse) is great. Very convenient location close to the airport for our flights. Would return in a heartbeat!

The convenience is excellent and the rooms are great but the breakfast options are the worst I've ever come across in a decent hotel or, pretty much, any hotel. Terrible coffee and it goes downhill from there, unfortunately.Just take a room and get your breakfast elsewhere and you will be happy.

Pleasantly surprised. Great hotel close to the Domestic Airport (roughly 10 min walk). The rooms have a fresh design. I like how the reception is on the penthouse level, with an amazing view of the surrounds. Would stay again.

Pros:- The proximity to the airport and our early morning flight the next day were a great combo! Takes 10 mins to walk to the airport and it's an easy walk.- I have never seen a reception on the Penthouse level, which was cool and the view of the airport was spectacular!- Staff are great and love to have a chat too!- Price was very high, but due to high demand that weekend, so still reasonable.- Check-in until 12am is helpful too!- Easy check-out with card drop-off on ground floor.- Room was quite small, but cozy.- Penthouse level had several viewing spots, including an open air space with a fireplace and option to get late night drinks too!Cons:Speaking as an engineer, the whole hotel seemed like it was pulled together in a rush.1. Shower screen doesn't finish to the tiles, so we basically flooded the bathroom because the drain didn't catch all the water.2. When we entered, we had no lights at all as the circuit had apparently tripped. Staff didn't seem bothered by it all, which made it seem like it wasn't a first time that that had happened, but I have never in my life walked into a room and the lights were completely out.3. Toilet flush buttons are behind the lid, so you are forced to touch the lid every time you have to flush.Overall, it felt as though they'd accomplished the bare minimum required to achieve the 4-star rating.

I was surprised to wake up to noise coming from planes taking off as airport hotels usually have good sound insulation. I think this is an issue only at certain times when multiple runways are in use as the hotel is directly in front of a smaller runway.Otherwise the hotel is good.If you want to save some money you don’t have to book a shuttle but you can walk to the domestic terminal and then get a free shuttle that runs between the international terminal and the domestic terminal.

Got into the hotel around 7 am and wasn’t expecting to be able to check in early. The lady working was lovely to deal with and gave me a free upgraded room so I was able to check in early. Rooms are very nice + clean with nice views and a quick ride to the airport which makes it primal for early morning flights. The tv is also awesome lol. Would definitely stay here again.
