Beware, do not use these guys!!! You have to pay call out" fee of $140 just for a super pushy sales guy to come out do zero actual work and quote you $1.2k for deep clean and pushed hard for me to pay $5k - $10k for a full system replacement. I thought these quotes sounded ridiculous and so I checked around and sure enough the normal companies are charging 1/2 the price. I got a decent company to come out and do a deep clean of my aircon for $250. No pushy sales guy or call out fee

Called this company to come and check my heater, they said 140 to attend, attended didn't check anything and said it has error 4 problem, I know that, it's why I called them, he then said $1040 to check it and service it,so 140 was for what, petrol fee, ridiculous, they wouldn't give you that quote over the phone, they said can't until check it, they didn't check, massive Scam company, never use and will let everyone know. Called another who will do exactly what Metropolitan would do for $375, not 1040 + 140 call fee, what a joke, thieves

141 call out fee then 2.9k to fix the issue - was up and running in 10 minutes ! Read all the online reviews before choosing these guys.. absolute rip off. First guy was a sales guy then the technician come in. Only good thing was they come within an hour but id rather wait a day or two than pay this price.

Had one guy out to quote us and gave us the time frame of 4pm - 7pm, he arrived at 9pm. Told us to book in a “service and fault find” for almost $1000 for the technician to come to tell us that the service the previous guy set us up for was just a fault find and no service and then be quoted around $2750 for a regas on top of this $1000 fault find plus the original $140. The second technician who came was lovely though.
