Purchased windscreen wipers 3wks ago, fitted correctly, started coming away from wipers 2wks later, went in last week to advise and had to purchase new ones, which were replaced over the weekend to have come away again. Our 18yr old daughter went in to ask about replacements with a receipt and the male staff member said was bird damage due to bird poo on windscreen, he said if it happened again wouldn't replace. We have 2 cars side by side. These birds must only like outlander vehicle wiper blades very disappointed have been using repco for years as service was good.

One good thing about most Repco stores, if you need to replace something for your car, just tell them your car rego plate numbers and they'll give you a list of items to choose from. That is why I love shopping at Repco.

Absolutely horrible service. Was forced to buy multiple window wipers due to the employees stupidity. Multiple employees watched as we purchased the wrong ones and said nothing in order to force us to buy more. Truly an offending service. Save your money, time and sanity and go ANYWHERE else.

I have had to drop my initial review from a while back.I went in to make a purchase and there was a 3 person line up with the 4th being served.There were 4 staff on duty with 1 serving customers and the others picking orders.Customer service is important in any business. Another staff member could have assisted in serving and left the other 2 picking orders. Then returned to picking.They have dropped the ball. This franchise is usually great with their knowledge etc of products however, not today with service. Sorry boys.

Repco are great. It's my go to place. I can get an inshop discount or RAA. One is better than the other depending on what I buy. I prefer this one over the others.
