BEWARE - I paid $129.99 for a wet weather jacket online on the 3/4/23 and still haven’t received it. They will not ring me back after several calls or email me back after months of trying to contact them?? ALL I WANT IS WHAT I PAID FOR.Dodgey!!!

A great shop to get your supporter gear from. Way bigger inside than it looks from the street. Changing rooms so you can try the gear on, which is important when it comes to sportswear. And of course, member's discount!

Team store really needs to improve on customer service, you got staff that don't know how to print jerseys or show any care to help. Lazy and excuse after excuse. The store has really gone down hill last few years..

Pretty poor service ordered over 2 weeks ago. Followed up a week ago no reponse. Ordered stated it would ship 1-5 days. Was not informed it was out of stock. No communication from the teamstore at all. Stay away from online ordering.

Team store has taken my money and not sent my order… won’t reply to emails. I have been waiting over a month. Fortunate enough to have loyal fans buying merchandise in tough times.. Do me the respect and return my money if you aren’t going to send my item. You’ve even changed the listing to a presale weeks after my purchase, which was not listed as a presale at the time of purchase…Disappointed….

I can't believe I'm reading bad review's about this place ,I got the best service from a young lady there a few months back.took my order over the phone, received my goods really fast and I live in a remote area. I'm looking online now for some more bargains.go the doggies 2023'.
