Tursa Employment & Training

Had a particular bad experience with the consultant that attended me her name is Tania Hunter.....She is one of the older consultants in the office in her 50's going on 60....with sort of reddish hair....would not recommend her to anyone as she has poor customer service....So what happened she asked me for my vaccination status which i gave this to her.... and basically because of my vaccination status she refused to give me service to help me find work.....She was very discriminating.....When there was a job that came up with the agency and i would call to find about the position .....she wouldnt give information about the role and hanged up on me...One time on the myGov application when ihad problems filling out my jobseeker jobs i called up and she still was very unhelpfull over the phone and refused to give me support to solve the issue... She hanged up on... and said my payments will cancelled....I think this person Tania shows to be an ignorant person by the way she behaved in the office....Had to make severall complaints about her.... Since i had to have an apppointment to reengage so i could receive my benefits ....but she made wait for more than 2 weeks......IF you get signed up with Tursa Robina would definately get another consultant not Tania Hunter...!! Poor service, Rude, discriminatory....

As a business owner I really appreciate the professional approach the team at Robina Tursa have. They have helped me many times in fulfilling my staffing requirements with quality people.

i have personally dealt with severe depression and anxiety along with other issues, it was hard for me to leave my room let alone my bed. in the time i have been with tursa and working with Agnesa i have been able to hold down a job, leave my house and be able to go out and actually live life. she has been so considerate and helpful and made this whole journey alot easier then it would have been. im so grateful

Having been to several job agencies in the past I can happily say Mel from Tursa has been the best employment advisor of them all due to her being so genuine and her caring approach. During her assistance I entered into employment within 2-3 weeks! Her ongoing support is making my transition from job seeker to full timer worker low stress. I recommend this Tursa for anyone keen to find work, everyone I’ve had contact with has been great.

Staff at Tursa Robina have been very helpful. My consultant, first Katie and then Agnesa have supported me with my studies, and with their help I managed to secure a prefect job, close to home. I know that my consultant is there to help and support me with both my studies and my new job. If I can give 10 stars I would.

24 Sept. 2019, On entering the office there was no visible staff. I went there as a jobseeker to use the computers. While I was there I overheard, what sounded like a phone conversation from a Centrelink recipient talking to a staff member who was trying to invent symptoms to claim sickness benefits.There are fewer computers here so it's a sign unemployment is less in Robina. Also true of the number of Jobnetwork Providers in company name variety and location.I was here to use their facilities for about 30 - 45 minutes. The staff member I overheard talking on the phone didn't see me, or notice the sounds emitted from the computer keyboard, scanner or photocopier. She was busy trying to stop, politely, the Centrelink cheat the system.

The last few years have been very tough for me, at the age of 56 and not much future I was beside myself! With genuine care I have received from the staff at Robina have been life changing for me, my advisor Melissa has been amazing, she has helped give me the confidence I needed with all the tools of the trade that I need for my next chapter in life, “I have realized some people really do care”. Thank you Melissa and the staff at Tursa Robina, happy to know your still there for me, for the next few months..Debbie Lignos
