I cannot overstate how wonderful it was to receive service the way it used to be. Talya is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to talk with me to see what I wanted, ensuring fittings were correct and comfortable. Beautiful, friendly staff. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic bra fitting service. Amazing stock. If they don’t have your size, they can order. Level of service second to none. I was very pleased I visited.

I went here for a fitting on the recommendation of a friend and had a wonderful experience. Talya was attentive and helpful and gave me a great fitting with a range of bras to choose from. I felt well looked after and no pressure to choose any of the products, but went home with a nice selection of bras that were comfortable and felt great.

And the specialised fitting for the bra that fits you just right is what Tracey and her daughter Tayla do so very very well.Not many women I know love going bra shopping - but come to Illusions Lingerie and you'll lose that dreaded feeling. Visiting Melbourne with mum who was desperate to be fitted correctly for a bra. Went to the major dept stores and didn’t receive any assistance in one and whilst well - meaning - basically had no idea. Googled bra fitters and found Illusions. Assisted by Tracey - fabulous advice and well-versed on her products, what will work and what won’t. Now Mums only dilemma is which to choose. Take them all I say!!!We’ll certainly be back next time we’re back in Melbs!

Couldn't of asked for better service! Talya understood the brief ( pun intended) and choose the most beautiful Dita Von Teese sets that suited my style and body shape. I was delighted to discover the store stocked the brand and pleasantly surprised that the customers service continued beyond my visit when Talya sent me photos of sets from the upcoming collection that she thought I would like! I will defiantly be returning, thank you so much for making me feel special :)

Went to Illusions for my first ever bra fitting and purchase with my partner and Tracey was amazing! She was immediately helpful and friendly and gave us both a range of options to choose from. We will both definitely be back for future purchases!
