Daniel and the team were fantastic to work with. We engaged Delcon to build our townhouse project which they completed at an incredible standard. They navigated building through Covid and kept the project moving and on budget. We’re very happy with the quality of the build and the finished product. We would happily use Delcon again.

Initially, I approached Metricon for our knockdown-rebuild duplex project, but their poor flexibility to alter the floor plan made me look for alternatives.From the design stage, all requests were addressed promptly and effectively. We did not have to compromise on the design and anything we asked for was made possible.Daniel is very easy to deal with and when I am talking to friends and colleagues who have their house built with other builders, it is clear that Delcon is more professional and better value for money.At the time of writing this review, I have been living in the house for a year and 4 months and I am loving it.

The team at Delcon are professional, knowledgeable and reliable.Their extensive planning groundwork for our multi-unit development project produced approved planning permits upon first submission to the council.We look forward to the next phase of the project with Delcon Design & Construction.

Daniel and the Delcon crew recently built two high quality townhouses for me. It was my first project. The post covid challenges in the construction industry certainly didn’t help however the professionalism and experience of Delcon rose above the challenges. Delcon and the team have been great for first town house build. We first spoke with Daniel who helped discuss scope of the build and cost.We can say from start to finish Daniels attention to detail, exceptional time management and approachable personality helped communication throughout the whole process.As expected with every build there were some minor issues which the team worked with us to rectify and we’re very pleased with the final build.With building with a private builder it can be hard to decide on the right one, although we are glad we went with Delcon.We’re 12 months living in the finished home and can confidently recommend daniel and his team. I recently had the pleasure of completing a build with Daniel for my 3 unit townhouse construction project, and I am delighted to share my experience. Daniel exceeded my expectations from proactively redesigning my drainage (which required council approval) to reduce potential headaches with having to deal with unnecessary pumps down the track to assisting me as a first time developer helping me feel confident in the process by addressing all my questions and concerns and providing insightful guidance from start to finish. I felt reassured knowing that my project was in capable hands, as he consistently stayed ahead of any challenges. Daniel's attention to detail was outstanding. From the superior raft slab to the premium fittings and finishes, it was evident that Daniel took immense pride in his work. Despite the hurdles posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Daniel and his team completed the project very close to schedule. Their adaptability and effective project management ensured timely completion without compromising on quality. I was impressed by their ability to navigate the challenges and deliver as promised. I'm so grateful I chose to work with Delcon and if I was to undertake another project, I'll be using them for the design phase as well! I've already recommended Delcon to a few of my friends who are in the market and they've all told me how helpful and thorough Daniel has been :)

Daniel and Antoine were very efficient and professional in every respect.We were kept informed of all construction details as the job progressed, Be aware of additional costs above general quotes for site preparations, demolition of existing structure, additional concrete, drafting fees etc. We opted for more concrete to alleviate any issue with reactive clay.Two townhouses in Spotswood completed on time and any issues with the properties were all handled on the day or day after contacting Antoine. Antoine also provided assistance for us with council paperwork, City West Water, NBN connection etc etc.The most professional building company you will find out there. No hidden costs, everything up front and any issues eg. minor water leaks/paint blemishes were handled virtually straight away. Nothing is a problem for Delcon it seems.The townhouses are superb inside and out and we are both very happy with the job and thank Antoine and Daniel for a great result and especially their help with the paperwork associated with building a property.

We signed on with Delcon after meeting with various other builders around and found the team to be professional, well priced and most importantly easy to work with and responsive. Building through COVID was difficult but we managed to have no delays or difficulties due to it. The team were always happy to hear our questions and worked with us to build our home. His attention to detail, exceptional time management and open communication made my experience pleasant and definitely worth repeating.Being my first build, I was sceptical about choosing a private builder for the three townhouses but as a result, Daniel delivered on the quality and finish I was promised from his sample houses at the beginning.
