These guys are young and energetic and have no problem moving stuff around , nothing is to much trouble and they are very affordable.

We used this company for an exit clean of our rental property and they provided prompt and professional responses to any and all of our queries. Unfortunately we did not pass our condition report due to the initial clean - however the company were prompt and professional completing the second clean liaising with our property manager to have this completed.We were unable to have our carpets cleaned to an acceptable standard, after having the company attend twice with no improvement - regrettably we needed to consult a competitor carpet cleaner to come and rectify our carpets.In saying this however, we were able to come to an agreement with the staff where our final invoice would have the carpet cleaning Costs removed, which is something.I would not recommend this company, solely on my own experience. The stress of paying a large amount to have an “exit clean” to then fail our condition report based on the clean was a lot, and something that we didn’t really need. We were advised that approaching another company to try and have the stains on the carpet removed would be a “waste of money” - as this company was “the best in bendigo”.We were able to have the carpets rectified by another company in a matter of hours, in one go. (Indicating that “all in one” cleans, may mean they do it all, but average quality across all)I would recommend looking around, and always look to get a second opinion, as if we hadn’t we would have been left with an incredibly poor carpet clean, that we would have had to replace when it was not needed.
