From a safe in Queensland with a 4 sided key not seen by anybody before Rudy made me 3 new keys, cast, cut and working, refurbished the lock and all done by his work network coming in and dismantling the lock and sending it all to him in Tassie and back. Can not thank you enough Rudy. great service and great workman ship.a tough job done so well. thank you Rudy.

Rudy and Kate are absolute masters of their game. We’ve used them for both commercial and domestic work multiple times. These guys are so creative and skilled at their craft, which when paired with the rare experience of having both managed major commercial lock/security businesses, is the biggest win imaginable for anyone seeking lock and safe work now they’ve got the flexibility of running their own operation.

I found myself in need of a key for a lock.The lock was 140 years old and sat in the front door of a heritage listed church. The key had been missing for decades.Valentino Safe Co manufactured a key for this lock - and it looks like a museum piece.It works very smoothly and personally it gives me this 'return to the past' feel.As a mechanical engineer I can only recommend Rudy of Valentino Safe Co to anyone who is looking for true expert craftmanship, great communication, and that little bit extra that you need for that special project.
