Went there to hopefully fix my right rear break light issue before getting a roadworthy elsewhere. The boys fixed it under 10minutes, quick light bulb replacement and didn’t charge me anything. Legends

Recently had my car serviced and asked to have the brakes checked at the same time. I was told there was only about 2mm left and they needed to be changed very soon, but I had them changed today and there was easily 5mm left so still only about half worn. I'm disappointed they obviously didn't do the check and told me otherwise. Also, if I book my car in for a certain time then I expect it to be done somewhere close to then, not a couple of hours later. I was told you were 'triple booked', but that's not my problem, and it doesn't take long for an oil change anyway.

Called and they managed to fit me in for the same day, on the spot. I’m always nervous to go to a mechanic because even though I knew exactly what I needed fixed, many places treat women like they are stupid and then over charge. But these guys turned around the job very fast, talked to me like I had a brain, and were very generous with the pricing. I will be taking my car back again for a log book device when it’s time, as I was really happy with how both the car and I were treated.

I was very impressed with the friendly and efficient service at mycar Tyre & Auto Service Southport. Ray gave me a thorough description of the situation with my brakes and was able to have them repaired very quickly. It was also very convenient to have the workshop at Australia Fair.

Absolutely awesome work done by the team at Mycar and also would like to thank Ray the manager for getting my car back to the way it was and his honesty. He checked over some parts that I was told i needed and to get done doing by another shop and some parts on the quote where purely just a money grab or to rip me off. Tha knyou ray again for your honesty as you have save me thousands when it wasn't needed to be spent.

I went in without notice for a tyre puncture repair. The staff were more than happy to help and very professional. Tyre fixed for a great price and very convenient being on-site at a shopping centre. Highly recommend.

I went to myCar Southport because my engine light had come on. The Manager at myCar Southport was awesome and did not hesitate to help me right away!Great service, genuine mechanic. He didn't use any jargon that I couldn't understand. He was thorough and didn't make me feel as though I was a burden.This was my first experience with myCar Southport - I will definitely be recommending their services to friends & family.

The guys here were so helpful this weekend when my car refused to leave the parking lot Friday evening. As nothing could be done before close they let me leave the car to check out this morning. I had a little accident with one of my tyres and ran over a screw… the guys at Kmart Tyre and Auto were incredible!! They repaired my tyre in under an hour for free and advised me because I had bought my tyres from them, they also include a lifetime warranty! Always so helpful and have amazing quick service
