I just took my beautiful boy Arlo (5 year old Jack Russell x Cocker Spaniel) to his first consultation with the wonderful Dr Jana, and couldn't be happier!Arlo historically has been extremely anxious and frightened in traditional vet practices, however the moment we walked in he was greeted by the wonderful Kiera at reception with some healthy treats and immediately felt calm and at home.The practice is designed to feel homely, and calming - without the usual medicinal & surgical smell of traditional practices, which I believe put Arlo at ease immediately.Dr Jana didn't put him on a cold metal table, she patted and loved on Arlo at his level in order to examine him with compassion.I originally came to All Natural Vet Care for a second opinion after taking Arlo to an emergency vet with mobility issues (the EV told me that he was 'faking it' and was fine). Straight away Dr Jana could see what I saw; his stiffness and tenderness in some areas on his back, shoulders and hips.She gave him acupuncture the same day and arranged X-rays for his hips along with a comprehensive herbal medicine plan.This first consult has given me so much confidence that my little ray of sunshine is in the right hands, and I trust them wholeheartedly. The compassion, knowledge, and kindest they showed to both me and Arlo (who used to need to be sedated for vet visits) was outstanding.Thank you to all of the All Natural Vet Care team.

In February 2021 we received the heartbreaking news that our girl Grommie (12 year old staffy x lab) was diagnosed with splenic hemangiosarcoma. This is a very aggressive cancer with a high rate of metastasis. We were given only 3 months with her. After a splenectomy, a friend recommended to go see Dr. Matthew Muir at All Natural Vet Care.Our first appointment with Dr. Matt, he was so proactive to start our protocol. At this time of extreme anxiety and stress we felt supported and comfortable with someone who understood the science, ability to see the whole picture and what was the best management plan. The clinic rooms are also set up in a warm, relaxing and calming environment which has helped alleviate stress for us and Grommie during visits. He also consults with other experienced and specialised vets to get second opinions if needed to ensure the best approach moving forward. He also listened to us, and we felt heard especially regarding our budget needs and came up with alternative strategies.Dr. Matt has also helped and supported for our other senior girl, Sunny through several health concerns and proactive in her ongoing care.Dr. Matt’s knowledge is spectacular. His passion and dedication for learning and researching on holistic and integrated medicine is inspiring. I have even listened to him on several pet education summits and interviews. In the background he is doing some wonderful scientific work. I really look forward to the future when pets will have more healthy lifestyles and longevity because of his information and education to pet parents and the pet industry.The whole team have been so supportive and important to Grommie’s journey. Dr. David Ward on physical therapies including acupuncture has been fantastic for her mobility especially for being a senior. Dr. Mio Royce has also been wonderful with her advice, care, and knowledge.All the vet nurses (especially Emily and Amy) and the team have been so warm, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They even do follow up calls and check ins between sessions. When I have called, they have been so helpful and friendly to answer any questions.We have been on this journey now for 2 years post splenectomy and our girl is still living a great quality and happy life. We would not be in the same place without the support and knowledge of the team at All Natural Vet Care. There are no words that can express the gratitude of this team and no one else I would trust or recommend more highly.I hope this can bring a message of hope to people who have been given sad prognosis but also prompt people to be proactive in their pet’s healthcare.

Words cannot express how grateful we are for the care and compassion Dr. Matt Muir has given to Coco, our much loved 9 year old Cavoodle. She was diagnosed with chronic hepatitis over a year ago. After a year of commercial prescription diet changes and conventional medicines her blood test results were up and down and then suddenly became worse.Thankfully her vet specialists recommended All Natural Vet Care to add to her treatment when we asked if there was anything else we can do to improve her condition. After only 2 months of treatment, her blood test results have improved spectacularly, almost back to normal. She is noticeably feeling better and looking healthier. Dr. Muir worked well with our vet specialist and vet nutritionist which made her treatment plan much easier for us.We wish we knew of All Natural Vet Care when she was a puppy but it's never too late.We highly recommend anyone wanting a total integrative care plan for their pets to go to All Natural Vet Care. The nurses are also very knowledgeable and caring. Parking is easy and it is very centrally located in Sydney. We live on the North Shore and it only takes 20 minutes by car. Thank you Dr. Muir. Every interaction with this Veterinary practice has greatly exceeded my expectations. Reception staff has always been super helpful, friendly and easy to deal with.My first consultation with Dr Matthew blew my mind. He has so much knowledge and they way he explained everything was easy to understand and simple to follow. I also felt the whole time he genuinely cares about my dog and wants to help him not just tick boxes.I have definitely found the best Vet possible for my much loved pet and strongly recommend this practice to everyone.

I can't thank Matthew and the team enough for the compassion and understanding shown, often when I wasn't quite sure what I was trying to say myself. There is no judgement here, just a truly patient centred approach that's shaped to fit your needs and beliefs as a family. Our 9yo German Shepherd Baron was diagnosed with lymphoma. All we wanted was quality of life for however long he had left. We worked with Matthew for 6 months with little impact on our day to day activities. We completed a long bucket list and bushwalked right up until the last week. We couldn't have done it on our own or with conventional therapies alone.As a side note, as an owner of a reactive dog Sasha, I appreciate the way you are taken straight into a consult room to wait rather than a common room. Far less stressful for all involved.

We are extremely happy with the care and treatment that has been given to our now 11 year old cairn terrier, Bonnie We thank all at ANVC for their dedication, kindness and willingness to go above and beyond but a special thanks must go to Dr Matt and Dr David. We are so grateful for all you’ve done for her… we look forward to being continually amazed by her progress and how much she is loving life!

Amazing!!! I cannot describe how happy I am with their service. It was the first time that taking my cats to the vet was not a nightmare. They felt very comfortable with the place and staff. They are very mindful about the animal needs and take that very serious. Also, they really care about listening to the owner. It is very comforting to have a vet that actually listen to your concerns and take them into consideration. I would highly recommend this place.

Consistantly for over 15 years (and almost 10 working with animals) I've heard people speak about Dr David Ward being one of the best vets in Sydney. This rings true all these years later, and I'm thrilled to have him treat my doggo here. As a bonus, the consult rooms here are like a living room, and so my dog wasn't concerned or nervous here. She literally trotted out the back with him to have blood taken (whaaat). Patients are given an adptil bandana (smells like nursing mum) to calm them upon arrival. There is a holistic approach to veterinary medicine that considers diet and mobility in addition to regular western medicine. Also the only vet I've found that does titer testing. This is what all vets should be, and I'm not surprised Dr Ward is here. Bonus snap of my doggo being happy and relaxed in her living room/consult room during my appointment.

I started going here when I just wasn't getting anywhere... They are about prevention first and my dog has never been happier. I have just adopted a little pug with anxiety and skin issues and we've started down the same route and I can already see some changes.
