One of my favourite stores but i am a handbag junkie

I went into strandbag plenty valley looking for a new suitcase for my flight. I walked in looking for a big black suitcase to match my carry on I walked out with 2 large grey suitcases as well to match my other grey carry on too. Great team at the plenty valley store! Definitely can have a good laugh and also know their products well! Can definitely reccomend shopping here

Went to the store on 23/4/2022 was greeted by the very friendly staff member Julia at the front.Her lovely display of new bags caught my eye and I ended up buying one of the beautiful black leather bags.Julia was so very helpful especially helping me decide and telling me about all the great discounts they had in the store that day.I ended up walking out with 2 gorgeous bags and a wallet.Fantastic customer service by Julia!! I will be back now and recommend this store to all my friends and family!Well done Julia!! And keep up the wonderful work you do. You are a real asset to your company and deserve to be rewarded for your product knowledge and especially for you wonderful customer service..

Went here to buy a new bag today and was surprised at the range and prices of items.They have a nice selection of bags and purses, store was clean and not to busy.My only complaint is one sales person was very pushy and at one point asked what was keeping me from buying the bag I was holding, had I not have already purchased what I needed from the other sales person I would be giving a one star for service..Note to sales people let your customer know your there to help but then step back and let them look!!!

Very classy handbags, and super affirdable when on sales.... don't miss at any cost during sales. You can gift them to your family/ friend or give a treat to yourself. They are simply extraordinarily attractive.

The woman with red hair that worked today was an absolute star! Super nice and welcoming service and customized our buy for our needs. Very knowledgeable!
