Buyer beware.Beautiful range of clothing, however if you receive something with a fault they will do anything they can not to exchange or refund you.Wrote a fair review on their facebook page which was removed and they've now removed the review function from both their facebook pages. They own Pearl boutique Airlie beach and Court and Spark (it takes you to the same online shopping domain through both pages.I had one of my dresses shrink after being washed as per the care label and after 3 hours of back and forth and a 3 day wait they've messaged me to say they have deemed the customer at fault" simply because they haven't had any other complaints about that particular dress. I purchased 2 of the same dress and when lined up against the one that hasn't shrunk

I've always experienced great customer service from this shop as well as all their sister stores in Airlie. Whether it's been choosing perfume, finding a shoe size or deciding on a present, they go out of their way to help me out. Plus they're really polite when I walk in and we occasionally have a little chat :)

Friendly staff but they don't tell you that you won't get refunded if you change your mind. They only give you credit or voucher for its online page. I went to Airlie on holidays and don't buy clothes online because I can't try them on, so that wasn't a solution for me. So just think twice if you wanna purchase anything and don't buy things in a moment of excitement like I did. If I knew that they don't give refunds, I wouldn't have bought anything. Otherwise, cute clothes and accessories.

These women are wonderful! I called up inquiring about a pair of pants I bought several months ago and they found exactly what I was looking for and directed me to their website to purchase. Thanks for the help.

Great to find unique on-trend ladies clothing and accessories in all 3 stores. Daughter very happy purchasing items of clothing and earrings not seen anywhere else in Whitsundays. Thank you.

Absolutely gorgeous high quality clothing. The staff are soo helpful, their knowledge on fashion and what best suits you is life changing. Highly recommend this store.

Rudest staff I’ve come across in this town.

I visited this store today and had an amazing experience! There were so many beautiful outfits and the staff were more than lovely! One beautiful kind woman not only handled serving multiple customers with ease and without compromising the quality of service to each, she also (like an angel sent from mum heaven) offered to help me (the frustrated mum of a rogue 14th month old) with entertaining my baby while I tried on a couple of things. (I rarely get a chance to shop for myself and was looking for outfits that could make me feel great in my post baby body)She really was so incredibly kind and calm, so beautiful and understanding! I can not thank her enough at this point … THEN .. she goes on to fit me in the dresses I had selected like an absolute legend! I felt like a bride shopping for THE dress! I was so absolutely happy with the three outfits I chose they were perfect for my body and her opinion matched that! No BS! She was so understanding and organically understood my needs as a mum and as a woman! She was amazing with my baby while fitting other customers and just really seemed to work so well under pressure and so seamlessly made everyone’s shopping experience relaxed and comfortable. I can not thank her enough for my experience and I would definitely recommend shopping here. So so so grateful for the service I received and I am blown away with thee stunning outfits I purchased! I highly recommend shopping here and I will continue to do so.Thanks again you Wonder Woman! Xxx
